HAPPY NAPPY Cloth Diaper Service

I have been using Happy Nappy since my daughter was born last July 2021, and could not be happier with the service!! The staff are SUPER friendly and attentive to their customers and always take the time to chat, answer questions, provide tips and tricks, and accommodate our every need! Being a new mom is exhausting and the last thing you want to have to deal with is hiccups along the way - Happy Nappy has not only been there to help but they have anticipated our needs and gone above and beyond to ensure that we have everything we need. The diapers themselves are soft and so much better for baby's skin - my girl has been super sensitive to paper diapers and this has been a wonderful alternative! So convenient to just drop dirty diapers on the porch each week and have fresh ones delivered right to you! I can't say enough about the service and the staff. I would highly recommend to anyone!

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLEOur services with Happy Nappy were short lived as we only used them for 6 weeks.Sent multiple emails tried calling with concerns only to be ignored. When we finally got ahold of someone when we were short diapers we were made to feel bad for inconveniencing the driver for having to use their personal vehicle to vo.e out of there way to drop off more.This company lacks communication and empathy. When we reached out to them to let them know that our bin was starting to mold we were left with no answers and left on our own. On top of that we were given clean diapers" that still had wipes in them.If you decide to go with this company make sure you have a stock of wipes and diapers and be prepared to be left in the dark.At the end of the day I don't recommend them. On paper they look good but I suggest buying your own and doing it yourself."

I have used Happy Nappy for almost two years. It has been great. It was very important to us to keep diapers out of the landfill, but I did not look forward to cleaning all those cloth diapers myself. Prior to my son being born, I found Happy Nappy and have been very happy with the service. Clean diapers are delivered every week, and all I have to do it put out the dirty ones for pick up-no pre-washing or anything required. The product has been great and as there are many sizes, we have been able to keep our son in cloth diapers. Brent has been great at providing me with different sizes and inserts to try as my son has grown. Brent always responds in a timely manner when I need to contact him. Aside from being cost effective, an extra added bonus is that my son loves to see the pink truck deliver the diapers every week!

We used Happy Nappy service from March 2020 until March 2022. We were so happy to find the service so we didn't have to worry about purchasing all the correct sizes for cloth (and covers) - everything was provided and washed weekly. We live on an acreage just 20 min West of Edmonton, and they delivered out here which was awesome! The owner was quick to respond to adjustments in sizes (as our daughter grew) as well as service holds when we were on holidays. We really enjoyed cloth diapering - no blowouts, no diaper rashes, and our daughter successfully potty-trained by 24 months. Not to mention keeping a large amount of disposables out of the landfill. We will happily use them again!

We have been using this service for about 8 weeks now. 2 stars because I love the concept. However, the service has been atrocious. From what I understand, the owners switched over half way through, but it's been a few weeks now and they should have it more together. The communication is untimely and it seems like they do not listen when we call or send an email. It is very hard to get ahold of them on the phone.The number of diapers we request per week is never correct so we are always running out. The point of this service is so we do not have to buy disposable diapers, but we always have to have some on hand now. This is not a one time occurrence either. They also cannot seem to get our billing correct. There has also been a few times where they did not five us all the supplies we needed and the van was inadequately stocked with covere, wipes, and extra inserts so the driver could not even fulfill our order.If there was a competitor, I wouldn't use Happy Nappy. I will not recommend them to other parents until they can fix their customer service.

Have been a customer for 3 years . My son is taking his time with potty training. :) After 2 1/2 years, diapers are free! Just need to pay the delivery fee, which is only about $3.One thing that I found using the cloth diapers - we never really had any major accidents because the diaper caught most of the mess and any leaks were contained by the diaper cover. Most blowouts" happened when we were using disposables while travelling.Taking one star off because I felt communication could use improvement at times. For instance

I used the cloth dipper service offered by Happy Nappy for about 1 year (2-14). we are extremely happy with everything, from customer relationship to customer satisfaction :). We highly recommend the service.The service includes unlimited cloth diapers (usually they have set number but you can more), clean diapers are delivered every week and they take your dirty diapers. This service offers you an environmentally friendly alternative and it is completely safe to your child. Diapers always arrive very clean.As first parents we were a little afraid about not knowing how to use the Cloth diapers. But they are actually very easy to use, and Happy Nappy makes sure you know how to use them by sending you step by step instructions with pictures :DYou will need to buy/rent diaper covers. I recommend buying them new. In my opinion the new covers ones were more effective at preventing wet clothes. Once you get a handle of how to properly put the diaper cover you will have 0 problems with wetness and leaks.One huge benefit from using cloth diapers is that our child had no rashes. Our baby had one rash before we started with Happy Nappy, and afterwards we only experience one or two additional ones in the 12 month period! These rashes were related to small diapers and asking happy nappy for the next size up fixed the problem immediately.We decided to discontinued the service when our baby was 14 months because our child is too active and it started to become very difficult after 12 months to change his diaper laying down, he also started understanding a lot and we felt it could be a good time to start potty training. So we have decided that pull-ups will be better fit for us now.Laura.

We had a great experience with Happy Nappy. It was especially helpful with multiples, because you don't have a lot of energy so getting diapers delivered was great, and there would have been a crazy amount of diapers that would have been sent to the landfill if we used disposables. We've had no diaper rashes to worry about either, and we never had a shortage of diapers.Owners email responses were fast if we had to change our order. Would definitely recommend.

Happy Nappy made cloth diapering so easy. I’d tried doing my own cloth diapers previously and abandoned it pretty quickly but with delivery it was honestly easier than using disposable diapers. I also never had blowouts with the diapers, but consistently had them whenever I'd put a disposable on my son. The service was excellent and they were always friendly to deal with. It's affordable (very comparable to the cost of disposables) and you don't have to deal with all the garbage that disposable creates. I'd definitely recommend them.

BEWARE NEWBORN PARENTS.A company dealing with newborns should be stress free and seamless to deal with. Happy Nappy caused more stress and cost us more money on disposable diapers and wipes. The company is very unprofessional and lacks empathy for new and experienced parents.In the 6 short weeks we used their services we had to call/email mutliple times in 3 separate weeks with concerns including leaking covers, not enough diapers for the week, moldy charcoal filter, and not enough wipes. In our first week we did not have enough diapers and when we called we were made to feel like we were an inconvenience because more diapers had to be dropped off not on our regular delivery day and in the driver's personal vehicle". Another week when we were short diapers again we were told "we are delivering on the opposite side of our location and a delivery would not be made to us". Another week I had 4 of 5 diaper covers that leaked
