The bus stop and waiting area is the worst, not even a bathroom close by but over at the mall on top, the racist staff treats us like as if we are homeless. Megabus should be ashamed for its brand and facilities. People queued up in a small room like refugees.

Must be a prank or something. Incredibly dirty and smelly... No clear signs or directions, can’t believe they pretend to be a coach company.

Pros:-Very cheap and comfortable. ( I am surprised how megabus is cheap compared to greyhound.)-The bus as a double deck and have a nice view. They have outlets under every seat and a reasonable internet connection (for browsing).-In addition the staff was nice. My wife forgot her cellphone on her seat and the driver found it and he was honest to gave it back to us.Cons:-Normally arrive 1-2 hour late on destination.-On a Montreal-Toronto trip, only 1 of the 4 drivers spoke in english and in french on the microphone. The other 3 only spoke english.Observations:-In other reviews, some complain that the driver stop for no reason.During one of my trips, the bus stopped near a commercial building for no apparent reason. In watched carefully what was happening instead of just complain. The driver was putting some packages on the bus. Apparently it was package service. It is probably because of this that the ticket price is so cheap. I dont mind waiting 10 min for a 20-30$ disciount (compared to other buss companies).-The station on montreal are not luxurious indeed. But it had what I nedded. Custumer service desk, chairs and a bathroom. I dont expected more than that.

First of all, don't expect WiFi. They advertise that all their buses have them, but ours definitely did not. The service is not particularly friendly, and the worst part is, some of the seats are directly under air vents (not the same as the personal air vents for each seat), which blows out cold air throughout the entire journey. So if you're unlucky, you get to sit through a bumpy 6-hour ride with icy air blasting your head. We asked the driver if that could be turned lower (there was no need for air conditioning--it was 5 degrees outside!)--and he just shrugged and said there was nothing he could do.The positives: the bus did get us to our destination on time, and we had no issue with our luggage. It's not an altogether comfortable journey, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Back to back times coming from Montreal to Kingston there wasn't something wrong with the bus and it's 12:15am in the morning so it's clearly that the bus drivers are I confident enough to tell if the bus is able to run or not, but the bus station in Toronto never had a problem ... once

After all the long list of complaints that I have heard about Megabus from disgruntled passengers my megabus experience came as very pleasant surprise. I found the seats quite comfortable and the bus started on time. There was a delay in reaching the destination because of the traffic. While the promised 'Free Wifi' from Montreal to Toronto and from Toronto to Niagara just remained a promise that never materialised I had Wifi access on my way back. The signal strength was poor but still it was something compared to nothing.

Travel was not at all comfortable, staff not all friendly, seats conjested, no leg space, cant recline. A 6 hour night journey felt like hell. And the bus terminal doesnt have private toilets. Wont recommend, and wouldnt travel another time.

1. Scammers.2. No refunds AT ALL3 rude rude rude costomer service. Over all super sketchy. Wifi on bus doesn’t work.Please save yourself the hassel and just ride with Greyhound or some other bus service. Please just do .

Bad experience. Rude bus drivers and never had any wifi in both trips. Will not be using again.(One of the 3 bus drivers was nice though, let’s not blame them all)
