What a great store and even better teammates!!Went in this morning, had been having an issue with a vape cart, always used the brand before never had an issue.It was almost done, I tried getting through it but this am it started spitting and was really unusable.Max the manager was with someone so I spoke to his colleague, she tried to let me know since it was mostly used probably maybe couldn't do anything but that shed try.Max, was we to help me out, even though I should have come sooner he still helped me get a new cart and told me he'd bring it up to the manufacturers rep.Can't ask for better!! Both Max, and I wish I knew the girl's name, but both very helpful and helped explain what I can do next time.Thanks Kélo!!P.s. Thanks for reading my long winded review xD

Excellent range of product, beautiful modern store but I was mostly impressed by the staffs knowledge and passion when describing products, and accessories. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend while in Kelowna! They deliver FREE to Kelowna and Big White every day!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff and best products in the market are stocked here! They always give the best recommendations when I'm looking to try something new! Great selection and good quality products. Four stars because there’s a staff member who is always on their phone and never greets you when you’re in or offers any kind of assistance, it’s very rude.Other than that, it’s a great store and a great atmosphere with chill people and chill vibes.

Ended up in a situation where I found a small gap in the service and I ended up being call by the owner personally with regards to my experience. They expressed there concern and showed empathy towards my situation. They listened to my concerns and give such positive feedback. Listen, its clear this company cares about there customers! you cant beat free delivery, right? Im so happy to be a customer of Kelo and will continue to give them my business! Great people.
