Cottonwood skate spot
Two swings for age 7+, swinging saucer, a climbing fort, musical instruments, water park, bathrooms and basketball park. I don’t see anywhere to skate. The pavilion here is first come first served.

Cottonwood skate spot
A pretty colourful neighborhood park with newly developed public washrooms and parking space. Its water spray park has water guns and little spray fountains, which make kids to have more fun out of it during summer time. The only concern is the slides are very steep, better watch out for caution, especially for younger children.

Nice public washrooms. Very well kept kids park. Public parking for the park is located across the road BUT on a weekday around 1pm last week it's being used by contractors and construction workers from the many nearby multi dwelling housing projects.

Tricky for toddlers. The playground has slopes and cliffs so you really need to run after smaller kids or else they will fall. The splash park has stones with edges/corners so not toddler-friendly as well.

Went for a 6 year old birthday. We had access to the picnic tables, washroom, play area and field. It’s dynamic, easy to navigate and good for kiddos 2-8 for hours of fun!

Very good public park with many options for children and family enjoy and play together.Recently this park was amplified with a huge soccer field and many other places for everyone play.I recommend this place for everybody, specially families.

Great Space for the family! Washrooms close by, benches through out also covered picnic table area. There is a Spray Park and Regular park. For the teens there is a basketball court and a huge green field for sports. The parking lot is small but usually lots of street parking available.

Wow this is a park children will surely enjoy for a while! There’s a parking lot, basketball court, slides, swings, washrooms, space to sit down and have a picnic, and a water park! My 6 yr old niece also loves the kids zip line. Expect to be here for half an hour and more!

the zip line is seized and it does not run.Please fix ASAPOtherwise. This is a lovely park with a wonderful water park and climbing area. Does xylophone even has its hammers?
