Worst service provided by V courrier. Very slow message delivery rate and the response of their sales team is very pathetic.

They guys are very rude and their delivery and picking service is worst than others.

VCourrier is really the best delivery service! I had a package to be delievered by UPS, but as it is probably the new normal, they didn't really attempt to deliver at my apartment and kept the package at an access point for collection. Despite multiple phone calls to the UPS customer care, they simply were't helpful! I called VCourrier and requested them to pick up my package from the UPS access point and deliver to my apartment. They were so polite and professional in helping me. They even gave me the details of the VCourier driver who will pick up my package so that I can tell those details to UPS to allow the release of my package to the VCourier driver. As promised VCourier delivered the package to my apartment in 6 hours! I'm very thankful for the service. For those having trouble with all those major cariers like Canada Post, UPS, FedEX, etc., not properly delivereing packages in Montreal, VCourier should be your alternative!

Wish I could give no stars! Very very prejudice against English speaking clients! Don't bother contacting them if you'd like to be served in english.Upon contacting the company today, the representative told me All our clients are french. I must speak in french to be a client"."

J'ai eu le malheur de travailler pour V COURRIER avant qu'ils changent de nom. c'était au début de la pandémie pour subvenir urgemment au besoin de ma famille. Ma pire expérience. Le dispatch d'un certain age extrêmement arrogant. Il se comportait avec chauffeurs comme des esclavages. Aucune empathie. Des appels pendant que tu es sur l'autoroute. Des changements d'itinéraires a la dernière minute. Ton véhicule est rempli au max tu fais de longues courses pour 5$ et eux ils facturent le client 11$. Par semaine tu fais entre 350$ a 500$ apres qu'ils aient ôté la moitié de ton salaire et en plus tu dois ôter ton gas. Je conseille personne de travailler chez eux. Ils adorent les immigrés fragiles lesquels ils peuvent bien exploiter car souvent ne connaissent pas leur droit.
