Adorable kids store. Cute sweaters and toys. Definitely worth a stop.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about my Paddington Station experiences. Not only is Paddington Station my one-stop, go-to shop of choice for children's toys, clothes, and books, but every time I enter the store I am immediately made to feel welcome and informed. The staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and the selection is stellar. During this stressful time when we're all trying to navigate a pandemic, the owner and staff have been responsible and safety-conscious, clear, and always ready to meet any and all of their customer's needs.All of my online experiences have been wonderful as well. With the option of pick-up or delivery, I don't need to ever worry about how to navigate the pandemic to get what I need or want. Paddington Station is hands down my favourite store in our city. And my children regard visiting the store as going to see 'their friends'.

My kids love this store. It's is not your regular supermarket toy store, this place sells unique name brand high quality products you can't find at other places.

Today I went to this store specifically to look for a special gift for my grand daughter. They had moved location so I spent the extra time to find it ( construction making it more difficult). When entering the store we were not informed that there is a time limit on being in the store so started browsing for that perfect gift. The member of staff made us feel uncomfortable as she was always there ..making me feel as if I was being watched. After 10 minutes of browsing the staff member informed us that there was people waiting to come in and that there was a time limit so basically we were made to feel so uncomfortable that we left. I will now take my business elsewhere and give the several hundred dollars I had to spend to that business instead. I understand that Covid has put limits on everything but it is not to blame for rude poor customer service . Very disappointed indeed.

It is so great to have such a well-stocked children's store, run by friendly, profesional people, right here in Saint John. The new location is larger and easier to get to and has allowed them to showcase their wonderful selection of toys, books and clothes. At a time when small stores are facing enormous pressure from online sales and impersonal big box retailers, it is reassuring to know that I can get my children whatever they want or need from people who are in the toy and clothing business because they care. They have done a terrific job of adapting to covid restrictions, and whether we shop there in person, or order online for curbside pick-up or local delivery, I know I can feel confident that the owner and staff of Paddington Station care as much about the safety of my family as I do. HIGHLY recommended!

Prices only reflects the quality when buying local in Port city! The girls are helpful and sweet, the clothes are beautiful, toys are top quality and fair trade. They are a wonderful little shop for Christmas, birthdays and much more! I'll be picking up some Christmas items for my daughter for sure! They always have me coming back for more!

Wonderful service, great new location. The addition of a new maternity section is a great idea! The reading corner is excellent.

Lovely unique store with high quality products. My girls enjoyed their time and the little items they purchased. Staff was very friendly. A must see with your children.

An excellent little toy shop, I can't recommend this store or its staff enough. They also do fantastic gift wrapping, if you need it.

It's been quite some time since we had to shop for children's gifts, but with grandchildren we need to get up to speed! The relaxed environment, helpful advice and hands on displays, not to mention fantastic wrapping, make Paddington Station a must stop in uptown Saint John!
