I ordered a dishwasher from this place a few months ago (recommended by a family member) and also needed some repair on my old laundry machine. i contacted the owner for the services I needed and they took care of it the next day. This place comes with great services and provides a happy environment. Their delivery prices are very reasonable as well. I never had a problem with my laundry machine after the repair was done. I am extremely happy with the product and services from this place and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for any home appliances.

If I could give no stars or negative stars I would. I purchased a used washer and dry Nov 3rd and it was delivered the next day. right away my dryer door was opening and stopping. I called right away with no return call for weeks. When they finally came to fix it" not even a month later the door was opening again and stopping. They came finally again and glued a metal washer so the button would stay in if the door opened a little and not stop the dryer. The next month I noticed the filter in the front of the washer wasn't able to be cleaned with out all the water draining all over the floor. I have been asking for months to come fix. First it was they needed to order the part and would call when it came in. No call

Terrible customer service. Bought a washer and dryer from them, upon delivery the delivery guys tracked mud into my house.Had the units for a week and the washer stopped spinning, we were told three different times that a technician will be coming but they never showed up. On the fourth time once the technician finally showed up and fixed the washer he didn’t reattach the dryer vent as they are stacked units.

AMAZING! You can't get better customer service than these guys. Great prices and lots of options as well as knowledgeable techs.They stand by their word and their warranty. We purchased a front load washer and dryer for a steal. Unfortunately had a bit an issue with the first washer, but they gladly stood by their word and offered a replaced unit worth a fair bit more. Installed and delivered the next day.I'll be back for a dishwasher soon and will be using them for all our appliances from here on.

The worst customer service. My fridge started making loud noise couple months after purchase. Reached out, as it has 1 year warranty. Took forever for them to even contact me back, let alone arrange a technician to come out. Was told multiple times they’d contact me in specific time frame to arrange, but never followed through. Finally a week later technician called me back and wanted me to unplug my fridge for 24 hours. Without even coming to take a look at what the issue was. Meaning I was losing hundreds of $ on wasted food. Then, 1-2 months later, my fridge stopped making ice. Again it was a COMPLETE nightmare trying to contact this company to have this fixed. It’s been over a week. Was told technician would come out over the weekend. Then they phoned to say “on Monday”. It’s now 6pm Monday night and I have yet to receive a phone call. Horrible products they sell, and horrible customer service. Spare yourself the money and time. I wish I did.

I had a fabulous experience with this store. I started looking just this morning for a used top load washer and also a used dryer and came across their ad on Craigslist. I went to the store this afternoon at 4:45 and dealt with a man named Raj. I got a good deal, he worked with me with what I was prepared to spend and gave me a 3 month warranty for a washer and dryer and he even threw in the hoses and ducting and clamp for a small bit extra and they delivered it within an HOUR. I was lucky they had another delivery in my area but he said that they could deliver right away that evening or the next day. They came right on time, hooked everything up and it was great! All around good experience. Highly recommend.

Bought a stacker unit from them two years ago. It stopped draining, called them to come repair. Says it was the drain pump and they will come the next day to fix it. They no showed. Came the day after that and replaced the pump. $150. Still didn’t work. Said it was the control board and they would call with a price the next day. They never called. Got in a fight with my husband when we asked them for money back for the incorrect part. Finally got $100 back and they got their washer back which they will refurb and sell for $500.I bought one off FB for $250.

I bought a dishwasher from here and it stopped working in a couple of days. Someone came to fix the dishwasher because it was not picking up soap properly. After they fixed it I still had problems with the machine. I told them I no longer want it. The owner told me I will pick up the machine but you will have to purchase a another one from us. I told them I am no longer interested I want my money back. The owner said I will return your money but I will still charge you delivery fee, which I had no choice but to agree. They also took my previous old dishwasher from me and did not return it and on top of that made me pay for delivery fee. Their service is really bad I do not recommend this place you might as well purchase a brand new dishwasher from a reputable location. I got scammed here and will never go back and will not recommend to anyone. Pretty much they took my old machine, new machine, charged me a delivery fee of $150 and now I’m left with nothing because of their mistake.

The worst customer service, I bought a washer/dryer set in February with 6 months warranty, the dryer has a broken filter and the washer has something sticky like glue getting on the clothes . I called and messaged them many times they say the service technician will come check them but they never show up.

We got a refurbished oven that wasn't working. We called and they girl was polite and apologetic. They sent in a repair man who came to the same conclusion, its broken. We got another one sent to us the next day. The movers were polite and right on time. Great prices!
