I just called their sales" line to find out information on what exactly Superior will do for propane stove/furnace sales/installation vs. tank installation install only. I asked how the "gentleman" was today and he didn't want to say fine or terrible - just "what is it that you want" was his response. Took me back a bit as telephone customer service generally has a "how are you doing today" moment to warm up to a call...so I thought. I found out quickly that they only install the tank to the outside gas line and they have nothing to do with the sales/installation of the actual furnace or stove (looking to replace wood stove to propane for our cottage).
