I worked with Viktoriya since 2015, on purchase and the sale of the property. Our case was complicated, it involved the sale of the property by a non resident and was very lengthy. Viktoriya is very responsive, knowledgeable, she cares about her clients. Also Artem, her legal Assistant is great. Highly recommend this lawyer!

Happened to work with this lawyer when our deal was actually cancelled and we had to pay a compensation fee. The invoice for 3 hour work was surprisingly high, way too high than we expected. To be honest we got a discount after we asked for it but the total cost was still very high.

Disappointed about the service provided. Purchased a condo and relied on the lawyer's judgement about the status certificate, which was totally erroneous. The documents were not reviewed in their entirety, and problems not identified. Be careful when closing a deal with this lawyer and do your research before you sign anything, as this lawyer is obviously not familiar with particular details with regards to condominiums.
