This place is well managed, organized and clean! Thier hand washing station is my favorite (dyson touchless).

Bad customer Service. The women working here are quite rude. Argue with you over bottles returned which are eligible for deposit and refused to give us deposit money. . We went elsewhere and had no problems.

It's a great place to recycle many different items for free.It is relatively clean on the inside and although it can be busy at times, the employees are friendly and regularly clean and disinfect the tables, trays, and carts.As someone new to recycling and unsure how to put bottles together, the staff were willing to clarify the rules.One female teller who counts the bottles being returned and gives out the money is fast, efficient, and friendly.If there are improvements to be made, I'd say the signage about what goes where could be improved. Parking is also an issue at times as it can busy and hard to find spaces.But otherwise, it's a good little service for the Tri Cities.

More parking compared to the Poco location. If you are using the express drop off service don't forget to scan your labels after printing them off and place them on your bags. Scanning your own labels before handing your bags in is new. I saw many people today who did not know and quickly took their bags back to scan them. Overall, very fast and efficient process.

Worst bottle depot! The Asian lady was throwing on us the bottles that are not accepted. Also we got paid only for the the cans 0.10cents, however we have dropped 10 bottles of milk that are 0.80 each, tetra packs and lots of other bottles that were not counted, even though they were counted on the screen. Will never come to this place again!

Went in today to return 4 bags of bottles and it was busy. There was a small lineup for the self return station but it was working fine. The print option was slow but the scanner if you had labels on already was quick and working no problem. I took in my first two bags and scanned them and got the successful scan accepted message. Standing in line with my last two bags one of the female folks working there jumped in and started to push folks through the line. The printer wasn't working but I knew the scanner was so when I got to the station I grabbed the scanner and scanned the first bag and got the successful scan message. The worker then grabbed the scanner from my hand and said it wasn't working and told me to just take the bags to the bins. Grabbing the scanner was rude and I know the scanner was working and I only had to scan one more bag but she wouldn't allow it. First of all I hate being lied to, second when you don't scan the bags you get a nasty gram in the version of an email saying the bag wasn't scanned and the deposit may not come through successfully. If they know it's busy between Christmas and New Years then set up another station or system that moves folks through quicker. One station for just scanning if you have labels already and one for printing labels. What slowed everything down was the fact that one station was responsible for printing and scanning labels. I know return-it is pretty much the only option for bottle returns and such but this location has lost my business due to the one RUDE person working there.

Positives: large, open space with lots of room between tables, multiple carts, clean tables, fast tellers.Negatives: excessively sticky floor, not every table has a lid bucket so I left my lids on (they didn't complain though), I had to go looking for trays, no posters with separation guidelines.

Great service and easy to use. Well used by the community!

It’s such an amazing place the staff are always kind and you gotta respect what they have to deal with, and compared to other bottle depos I’ve been to this one doesn’t smell bad at all, it’s always pretty clean and I think I would recommend this place to everyone.
