If I could give zero stars, I would. The employees are rude and condescending, especially the man with the buzz cut and one of the blonde girls. They were talking about my group behind the counter, they were not helpful at all and were complaining that we were taking too long in the store. Complete unprofessionals and straight up disrespectful. POOR QUALITY CLOTHES WITH POORER QUALITY STAFF.

This location is so great. I don’t normally love going to the Eaton center, but this store makes it worth it. The customer service that I’ve experienced here has always been so polite and helpful, and honestly going above and beyond each time. I’d like to give a special shout out to Kelly, who has helped me plan countless outfits and given me tips & pointers on how to make the clothes work best for my body type.Also- this store always has Instagram-worthy spots to snap pictures in (as pictured below). That alone makes it worth a visit.

Kelly helped me and was wonderful! I've been there before, where they seemed to be pushy, but this time, they were great!! The girls are friendly and personable.I noticed a stain on the dress I wanted to purchase, and Kelly gave me 10% off.the dresses are PERFECT for short girls-- perfect lengths here.Beware, thick girls! the sizes only seem to go to Large!

Horrible and rude customer service. They won't accept items that were bought online for an in-store return. Employees basically yelled at us. Never going again. Also there are several other google reviews that mention horrible employees. Maybe Honey should fire some people? Garbage.

I went into this store to look for a semi-formal dress. I had originally thought that it would be a good quality place to shop, although I was disappointed. I felt rushed, the customer service was rude and pushy. When trying on dresses and looking for other options to try the workers were intensely watching us but had no interest in helping us with options. Originally, I thought this was because they wanted us to choose for ourselves but later a few other customers walked in and were immediately assisted. It is important to note that these customers were dressed nicer than my group. This experience left my group and I feeling unsatisfied, enraged, and unwelcome. I planned on returning to this store for my other formal events but after this experience, my group and I will not be returning

This store gets one star only because they were quite attentive when I was trying clothes on OTHERWISE I am very disappointed that when I went back to return an item a couple of days later, they notified me that it is store credit only or exchange- pointing to a print out on the cashier's counter - not big prints - also I was told that the person who did the transaction mentioned that there is no refund- which I would remember because I refuse to buy things from places that give no refund. Very disappointed and will never go back and will let my network know too who are like me- will likely give the credit I have to someone for a gift. what a waste of money!

I’ve been to this store multiple times, specifically their eaton centre location. I never received good customer service until my recent experience with Saba. I worked in retail for a long time and I have a good understanding of personalized service and that’s exactly what Saba gave me. She curated multiple dresses specific to my requests and kept note of my silhouette which is how she helped me choose the perfect dress for my 20th birthday. Saba really contributed to making my birthday a special night. Like I said, I have never received good service at any of Honey’s locations until Saba helped me. I’ll be back to see her for future events. Thanks again Saba!

My first and LAST time going to this location. We were shopping for formal dresses but the employees there were so RUDE and talked about my group behind our backs. They were practically rushing us out the door. Dresses are okay but for the price I expect BETTER. DO BETTER HONEY. No money for Honey.

The store is pretty and the staff are nice (although too pushy, which i get is peob the store making them act like that for commissions so i dont blame them)...BUT it's ridiculously over priced for not great quality. Paid $160 for a dress only to notice late that seams were already ripping. They do a good job of makings seem like theyre worth but it's just fast fashion quality with high price tag.
