Update :Received a callback from Doctor Shaw and he felt so bad about what had happened. He called up the MTO and ensured the license gets reinstated. Thanks Dr. Shah.Such a irresponsible people. I report to Dr Shaw and reminded him multiple times to update the MTO on my status which he didn't and I had a mail from MTO my license is suspended.This happened last year too but what to do when you get hooked with a doctor and clinic like this.

Update: With Dr Ho gone, this place is a nightmare for me now. Absolutely horrible (or nonexistent) communication with patients.Original: The office staff could use some work. Pre-covid, getting in touch with them was fairly easy. Since covid hit, they don't seem to answer phones or return voicemails. It's ridiculous. I've needed to get in touch with Dr Ho on multiple occasions for SERIOUS issues and NOBODY answers and NOBODY returns voicemails. Early on in the pandemic, I could understand that there'd be a transition period but they've had plenty of time to figure things out and they still haven't. Every other medical office I've dealt with has their covid-related patient contact methods sorted out and running smoothly, so I'm not sure why they haven't. It's frustrating and disappointing. 3 stars because Dr Ho is amazing, but the office staff...ho boy...

My experience with Dr. Roy was exceptional. She took the time to explain everything to me so I could understand it and answered every one of my questions. Dr. Roy was very kind and I did not feel rushed.

Don't bother, this place is a nightmare. My appointment has been canceled and rebooked over 3 times without my consent, called in and texted to only get looped around on hold for 25 minutes before hanging up, got automated texts about an appointment I didn't make; then the next day an automated call stating it was for a month later, then a call asking to change to an impossibly last minute date the following morning. So disorganized! The girl on the line was incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. Not at all what someone would expect from private practice, and when I said I couldn't accept the last minute date she said someone else would call me after and when I asked when she almost yelled that his secretary would call back or I should call back when I'm actually ready to make an appointment" and hung up on me. I called back immediately and no one picked up

I was referred by my family doctor as I've always had severe migraines. Originally, it was impossible to get anyone on the phone. Dr. Ho was absolutely amazing. I was very sad to see her go. But the staff are another story. I had an apt during covid so late 2020, and the lack of communication was insane. Waited over 3 hrs with not even a word and forced to sit outside in my car to the point it died. I was late to get my daughter to top it off. Then, a few times after that, I would wait forever as if I didn't have a job of my own. Wouldn't even call or mention doctor was running late, until I freaked out one time saying it was incredibly rude and unprofessional to have a patient sit there and wait with no communication as to why my appointment hasn't begun 2 hrs after the time it was supposed to. The cherry on top was once I was there early, but her receptionist decided to call a patient from earlier that never showed up, and when she showed up shortly after, she allowed her to go ahead of me. Not how it's supposed to work. Now, since Dr. Ho has left what a mess. Got 2 different messages on what my next steps were. Day of appointment I was sent to the west end location. Which there's 0 parking as there's a lab in building. Confusing and nobody answers the phone. I had to call 9 times before someone finally answered and I could ask where I was going, saddest part is that there is no number posted for the west end location and must call the booth location for any assistance who never answer or return calls. I'm now with Dr. Parker. She seems very nice. But not very impressed with their secretary staff. Need to make major improvements. If it wasn't so hard to be referred elsewhere in this city, I would probably be gone.

The receptionist with whom I dealt upon arrival was very diligent, personable, & helpful. I waited 10-15 minutes to be seen by Dr. Roy who is absolutely outstanding. I found her to be highly thorough, attentive, professional, & knowledgeable. My personal experience at this facility left me hard-pressed to produce a single complaint, & I'm very grateful for the kind treatment & quality care I received!

It's been a while since I attended this office, but everytime I drive by I cannot help but think of how frustrating this office was.Firstly, expect to be there at least an hour later than your appointment time. Longest I've waited is 2.5 hours.Secondly, Dr Ho was very frustrating for me. At first she immediately shut me down when she asked if my weight fluctuates and I said it did, my upwards of 10lbs per week. She simply said that's not possible." and never discussed the matter again.I was experiencing headaches / migraines very frequently. She told me it was very likely just stress

First time yesterday. I saw Dr. Nguyen. He was amazing. Very knowledgeable, kind and did not rush me. Answered all my questions and went out of his way to accommodate me.

When my neurologist left this place a while ago now, I was told that they’d get my care transferred over to a colleague to continue treatment. I never got a call from anyone to continue with someone else. I had to stop 2 medications prescribed by the neurologist who left, cold turkey, which is dangerous, due to no refills because I don’t have a family dr anymore either. I still have symptoms daily. These people never follow up or answer the phone. It’s disgusting.

I'm honestly super shocked to see all the bad reviews on here. I got refered here and had an appointment within a few months which is fantastic for specialists. Reception has always been great, I find it easier to text but they get me appointment when I need them. Dr.Parker is attentive and makes sure to ask the right questions. Always has something to recommend. I was having trouble getting approval for a new med they let me try it to see if it would work or not. When my insurance gave me a hard time about another medication they kept my appointment and took care of everything on their end. Never had a bad experience.
