Always seems like I am bothering then when I go grab a coffee or a sandwich. Service is terribly slow and staff clearly doesn’t care about what they are doing. I understand that I would have to wait during a rush, but when I am the only one there and the staff is hanging out behind the counter talking while I wait for a simple iced coffee, it is frustrating.

People doesn’t know any language in here and teach pronunciation in return. Please teach the staff them their menu’s list. They don’t know english!!!

Best Tim Hortons, good service and very nice employees. Even though they have a huge line up they remain super sweet and attentive.

Tried to order online and pick up my order but aside from the clusterf*ck of a 30 minute line to order through the drive-through, they lost my order. Pending through the bs customer service with hq to get my money back. Never again am I going to this Tim Hortons. They kept making a few mistakes on my order for the past few months but losing it is the last straw.Edit: After contacting customer service, they told me I had to go back to the store to fix the issue. So after I went back on a good day, I calmly explained my situation and even though they still couldn't find my order, they did my order again. I'll order here again but I'm uninstalling the app.

Had a simple order took 20 minutes to get and it had 2 errors and 2 items missing. Go back in, wait another 10 minutes to get, and still one missing. So needless to say I will not be going back.

Closes at 10pm but staff put everyone outside at 9h20pm because they wanted to clean" and finish their shift before 10pm. This is not how a business open hours works."

I got badly sick off of one donut. Tasted like it came out of a freezer, so they prepare their stuff in advance it seems! Totally goes against policies. Close this Tim Horton's. Employees are terrible, service is slow, food is getting people sick. What else do you want or need to be able to intervene? To be able to SHUT IT DOWN! PS; I had nothing else that could of gotten me sick all day.

Worst service I ever had in a Tim Horton's, ask 3 times for extra ice and repeat 2 times my order , arrive at the window i let know the lady that its not extra ice , she told me for her it is extra ice and she will do nothing about it , she start an argument at the window telling me i will have to pay extra for the ice that i want , but i already pay and order extra ice ,i end up paying extra for my ice . anyway worst service . I always regret going to this Tim Hortons. If I could give 0 that be better

Went here this evening for two ice Capps.(I emptied part of it into one I had frozen at home to balance the fact that it tasted like there was too much cream-and then I microwaved a bit as a freshness test as milk will separate when heated if rotten)Both are rotten. It’s absolutely unacceptable to be giving this to customers. I am livid.
