Matt was awesome. His work was great, on time, trustworthy, professional. We had our bathroom completely gutted and redone. Matt did it all.Would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend him.

Matt was reliable, showed up on time, completed the work on time, and helped us finish a basement room with everything from walls to floors, including baseboards and window/door frames all done with high quality and professionally. Matt designed and installed my kitchen. As someone who has dealt with multiple renovations and is picky, I was able to tell Matt my vision and he very quickly and diligently was able to put together a plan of action. This was during the beginning of Covid lockdowns and Matt was able to successfully order products and complete the project in a timely fashion, even during supply shortages. The kitchen is a major focal point of my unit and the feedback from friends and family has been great. I highly recommend Matt and would use him again

Matt was great to work with and did a fantastic job. He took a property of ours literally down to the studs and rebuilt it, the end result was amazing. Great quality and workmanship, and despite the size of the job, his pricing and invoice was accurate, easy to understand, and more than fair. I will absolutely use Border City Properties again without hesitation.

Had my bathroom renovated and everything was replaced. Classic south Windsor old bathroom with maroon tiles to modern. All of the work was done properly and tile work was nice and even. Very happy with the result.
