Forget his name but he was patient and understanding, I was in and out of my own office, picking my child up after school, all while trying to get the vehicle registered and he waited for me during this process after a long drive to the NT. Had a great experience shopping for a vehicle with Will at PR Ford. Highly recommend him as a salesman, not only is he an incredibly personable individual, but he is very responsive. Overall, Will just made what can be a stressful and awkward buying experience incredibly comfortable. As someone who comes from a sales background, PR Ford are lucky to have such an employee.

We have no complaints. The truck was taken in on time. Staff was friendly as we were getting registered. When I picked the truck up I was informed about the work done on the work order. The staff were pleasant, no rushing or pushing.

Never buy a truck From PR Go-Auto/Ford Sold me a $122,000 truck with 19,200km that has $10,500 in damages to paint and mirror’s, transported it too me with no mention of damages prior to leaving. So assumption leads to shipping damage. Bill the tool of this establishment decided he would not reply to emails would not accept these damages were done during shipping.. This will be taken to small claims court. See ya there Bill!

Twice now I have driven to this Peace River dealership and BOTH times it's a Bait and Switch. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR ADS! They'll get you to go there and then tell you the car and price you found online DO NOT REFLECT WHAT IS ACTUALLY THERE! .This latest time I went I asked to see a 2017 Dodge truck advertises for $24,500. They had me test drive this awesome truck that appeared to be loaded, I asked for the best price and gave the salesman time as I went for lunch. Upon my return I was given the Best Price... Too bad it was $9,000 more! You see they had me test drive a $33,777 priced loaded truck. When I told the salesman of the BS difference in price he then told me that they had showed me the wrong truck... (Guess they didn't care). Well I asked to see the truck I thought they had shown me..... THE TRUCK FOR THE $24,500 WAS A BROKEN NON-WORKING TRUCK.I guess that's how this dealership tricks you into driving the 25 kms... FOR FAKE ADS!!

Butchered my truck when brought in for service, picked up my truck for the third time over the same issue. Wire rubbing on fan belt right after being picked up, as a licensed mechanic bringing my truck in for service(under warranty) these guys are just part changers. Techs hop in your vehicle with their greasy coveralls and smudge grease all over the fenders and hood
