Front staff service 5 starsDoctor treatment 5 stars, she removed one of my wisdom teeth, I felt great next day.However I can’t give 5 stars due an unpleasant experience with one of the nurses, I wasn’t even on her care, after the procedure I ask the nurse that was taking care of me to give a face mask, my mouth was open I couldn’t close, so I didn’t want to go outside like that. I mean a single simple mask face, she came over and I asked my why I was asking for a mask, maybe I’m overreacting but first, I don’t think was the right thing to do from her. Second, I asked for a single simple mask, I brought my own but some how was left at other room. Anyway I do understand policy and everything but I don’t think she should done that, I wasn’t her patient and I didn’t ask for something that couldn’t be done.Customer service should come from every staff not just the doctor, front desk or some nurses, should come from everyone at the clinic.

Every-time I went to visit with Dr Chemaly I had a great experience. Nice reception staff and nurses. Dr Chemaly is amazing and extremely detail oriented. She removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth SO cleanly that I had zero swelling and very litter pain.

Staff were pleasant but Dr Chemaly, rude, abrasive, obviously overworked.I waited 1 hour for her to see me for 3 minutes and she was the only surgeon seeing 6/7 patients all at same time!I was shocked. I did not feel comfortable or at ease with her at all and certainly could not trust being unconscious and under her rough handling, and couldn’t care less attitude.Very disappointing.

I had my all four wisdom teeth removed, and at all stages through the procedure and follow-ups, the team was reassuring, professional and, best of all, delivered a great result. One week on, I am 90% recovered and well on my way to a full recovery, with minimal pain along the way. I was given very clear instructions on what to do and expect for the next few weeks.Here is what you can expect if you book in with Dr. Chemaly:Reception Staff - Lovely, efficient, and professional.Nursing Staff - Superb patient care, genuinely caring, funny, and attentive.Dr. Chemaly - Lovely bedside manner, KNOWS her stuff and is a wisdom teeth removal maestro.The whole experience was a lot less traumatic than everyone had warned me, and I am sure it was due to the fantastic team here!

The girl at front desk was very rude and accommodating. I was trying to reschedule an appointment for my son because he had to work, and they told me it as not a good excuse because he should know he’s schedule in advance. They wanted to charge me $350 for a cancellation fee for an appointment I had only made 2 days before.I waited on hold for over 10 minutes for a manager and then the other front desk girl picked up the phone, so I didn’t get to speak a manager. Also, when we went the first time for the consultation our appointment was 2 hours late with no explanation, they kept telling us just a few more minutes. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

After putting off this surgery for years due to fear about experiencing pain after the procedure, I finally decided to go to Dr. Chemaly who removed my impacted wisdom tooth yesterday morning and so far I have no swelling or pain. I don’t know how she did it! It was my first time ever getting sedated as well and the nurse did a great job with explaining things to me and making sure I was comfortable. Great experience and highly recommend Dr. Chemaly and her team!

Dr. Chemaly and her team are SO wonderful! I went to get my wisdom teeth removed and her team was so lovely.. I was very nervous and they calmed my nerves and made me feel extremely comfortable. They walk you through the process and give you all the tools to be comfortable as you recover. I loved the support I received after the removal as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Chemaly and her team a million times over! Thanks so much all!

I had all four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Chemaly less than a week ago. I was very nervous going in, but the team did a great job calming my nerves. Very friendly and professional.For the actual extraction, I have no memory. They started an IV and next thing I knew I was being sat up and it was done.They provided clear and detailed aftercare details to my wife and I, and included a detailed brochure with instructions to refer to. Pain has been generally minor and very manageable.If I had more wisdom teeth I would not hesitate to have Dr. Chemaly remove them.

Today I had 6 wisdom teeth removed, yep 6, needless to say I was a tad nervous.Dr. Chemaly and her team were brilliant. I was very nervous about being put to sleep and undergoing the procedure but all in all, my experience was 10/10.It hasn't even been 12 hrs since my procedure... I can't believe how comfortable I feel and this is a reflection of the precision and efforts of those in this office.True professionals work here and i would recommend Dr. Chemaly and her team to anyone who needs their wisdom teeth taken out.Thanks again for the great service.

This doctor upset my young adult kid that came in for a consult. We are posting anonymously so as protect the privacy of the 19 year old. The issue was that the patient had emergent agitation post-anesthetic, which we noted in advance in the patient intake form. Dr. Chemaly did not read the intake form or did not see the special comment made on it, and when it was brought up later by me the parent, while alone with her (because I asked to have a quick word alone) as I saw this was not mentioned or addressed in the treatment plan during the check out desk time, she was mostly focused on the fact that she was a bit annoyed that the kid did not bring it up directly, verbally when she met with them (um, because of shame, this is why we put it in the intake form, hoping to flag it in writing and prevent some embarrassment - this is a doctor the kid had only just met). l am sure Dr. Chemaly is very skilled, but there was a lack of warmth, and I felt I was put on the defensive about it, made to answer questions about whether the child has been in psychotherapy as opposed to discussing if there were adjustments or protocols in place that could deal with the issue, experience with that issue to reduce risks of the outcome etc.
