Absolutely the worst. If you have property being managed by them look elsewhere, if you're looking at buying property managed by them look elsewhere. Raising condo fees during a pandemic when rents are either not being paid or have been lowered significantly. Terrible people.

We bought a small commercial building on Albert street and Ryan Babey has put in a lot of extra hours before and after the sale making things convenient for us and keeping i's dotted and t's crossed. I really appreciate his dedication.

These people are shysters. There a leach on the people of the buildings they manage.

We have just moved in to our very first purchased property ever in our entire life and we found a very nice 3 bedroom condo in one of their properties in regina. However as the day get closer to completing the move i have been feeling disappointed if this is the right purchase. Coz when i spoke with the property manager and other staff through their number, i noticed the people whom i spoke with seems to be in always in an argumentative tone. Not so friendly! first point of conversation im already disappointed. Why would they be so rude if your first tone was so friendly and polite.rule of thumb dont we talk nice back? I start to question our decision if this will be what we will be dealing within the duration of our stay? cant wait to get our mortgage fully paid and sell the property. This is a hard earned property and we dont get paid stuff like they do. Arent they get paid to do their JOB in dealing PROPERLY with their clients?This is just heartbreaking. I feel like weve made the wrong decision. I dont find it hard to speak nicely to people who talk nice. It wouldnt make them a lesser person. Especially if I/We are not living in charity or begging for something

Contacted a sales associate two times about leasing commercial property. Conversation moved forward both times until abruptly ending without any given reason. The first time I had assumed that he had possibly lost the email chain I had sent, but after the second time explaining the details of my company and my commercial requirements, the contact ended the very same. I am absolutely understanding of not wanting to lease to a company or individual for almost any reason, but outright disregarding a conversation is terribly unprofessional, especially when representing a company.

Colliers did a great job as our local listing agent for a commercial space. They found a tenant quickly who is a great addition to the building complimenting our already existing tenants. They were very professional during the process and we look forward to working with them again soon. Thanks everyone!
