Update :Awesome food and awesome people. Been here a few times now and it has been great each time. The milkshakes are a favorite for sure. The Bernard burger is a monster for two. The wings are the best I've had in town. Staff are always super friendly. Only real down side was the men's washroom being dark and dingy. Other than that this place is one of our new favourites in town. Definitely worth a try!

Decor was awful. It would look better better without all that stuff on the walls. The food was okay. Had 12 inches grilled cheese and Macho nachos for the table. Nachos had that fake, almost plastic cheese. The grilled cheese was good, but came with a below room temp tomatoe soup. Probably won't be coming back, and I don't see this place lasting long, especially with similar and better options next door. Place was dead, but the waitor was good.

WOW! Fantastic menu and an amazingly delicious Double Dog Dare You Burger. Did I say WOW! You need to check out their monthly burgers. So crazy good. Love their Wednesday wing night. Yumm. Steak Sandwich is a winner.

Liquor license not yet approved, downer. No other beverages besides pop. They forgot an appetizer and it came out after our mains, very slow service, and my burger was raw. Then I asked to have my bill adjusted and it took forever to come back. Waitresses were very kind though and they did end up taking it off my bill. Just not ready to open yet.

The concept is great. Artfully decorated. Ample space for seating. Customer service was not bad, although there seemed to be a shortage of staff.They open at 5pm, at least on Friday.The food was okay. The presentation and the hype is great. Everything is as junk food as it can get. Fried, greasy etc. I am not saying that's all that bad.The milkshakes look amazing. It does take a lot of time to make, so be prepared to wait. They do taste good. I recommend just ordering a milkshake by itself as it's pretty much a meal.

Alright!Today we went for a late lunch at Hooligans and it tasted amazing!I definitely recommend it to anyone, the atmosphere is great, and the customer service was on point! We will definitely be back!!However the only thing I could recommend is offering a smaller sized shake, as we weren't able to finish our lunch and the shake, therefore leaving just over half of it behind.10/10!

Amazing atmosphere, very friendly staff, over 100 flavours of wings! The menu is large enough to have something for everyone but not enough to confuse a person. They also make milkshakes and the list looks delicious! That posting of this review they did not have their liquor license yet, but the food stood up for itself... with or without the liquor license this business should do amazing in Kelowna! I will be back to try more flavours of wings soon!

Epic! Epic! Epic! Took the girls for milkshakes tonight. Paula the owner is an absolute sweet heart. She took such incredible care of us. We got 4 milkshakes. $12 each! what a excellent price! They are massive! Only way to describe them is EPIC! not only do they look good, they taste out of this world amazing. Girls said it was the funnest drink"! I would rate way more stars if I could. Go check them out. Kelowna is so lucky to have something so unique as Hooligans Ales & Eats!"

Very elaborate milkshakes and great wings too. Lots of flavours to choose from, so you can definitely find one you’ll like. Hard to choose a flavour, but the Nino’s was good and so was the Vito’s. Cool vibe and music was hip hop from the early 2000’s.

This seems like a really cool restaurant, but the delivery is just not there yet... Wouldn't really recommend. I am vegetarian and ordered their mac and cheese perogies, with no bacon. Upon first glance, I thought they got it right, but once I started eating I began noticing bits of bacon throughout. I guess they took it off after realizing that it wasn't supposed to be there. Did my best to pick it out but it really threw off my appetite. My receipt did say no bacon" so this must have been an error on the kitchen's behalf. (The same thing happened to other people at my table: the server heard correctly when they said they did not want xyz
