I have been helped by Gary multiple times over the last 6 months with ordering two new phones/bring-it-back. He has been very helpful and communicative, despite the long wait I had for my phone. During that time, I moved out of the city and he was able to ship the phone to my new location. Highly recommend!

Justin was awesome helped get me phone up and running again not that it was broken just I bought a new phone and my other Sim card didn't work with this phone it would've worked if I had kept up with my prepaid plan would of worked fine so he set me up with a new Sim card and new number and every works great

Jestin took the time to transfer my services over from Koodo prepaid to postpaid. The store didn’t have the equipment to do the transaction but he made a phone call and made it happen. He was also very professional, courteous and patient.

Excellent custumer service the lovation is really close by and they were able to help me with my need. The guy that help me was awesome and had really good conversation, knows his product really well, you can tell his been around. I never went to that location before but with the service I received I will totally go back.Thank you
