The wait is long and the service is horrible, treated like a school child and sent home if your package measure if off by 1mm, do again for exactly the same cost. Stay away!!!

Slow service. It feels like being in a tiny village at the end of the world. I have a mailbox there that I pay every year either at the post office or online and every year the say that they are sorry after closing my mailbox each time and returning my mail wrongly.

It's very convenient having a CP in our little Saint-Lazare community. The people who work there are always very nice, polite and get the job done.People complain of long wait times, I blame the customers. If people would just figure out how to print their own labels online and use this as a drop-off (the way it should be) there would never be any line-ups.

Awful service. The staff is either in the back room not responding to clients or chatting away with clients they know while there is a 15 people line-up. Never a smile on their faces - they make you feel like you're a burden to them.

The management at this post office is terrible. They made a mistake and put my package in the wrong community mail box and now I keep asking them what is going on and they just seem to have no idea where my package went. I left them with my phone number to contact me and let me know what is going on and no phone call back... I am so frustrated at their terrible service in St.lazare.

The wait to get served is just too long, it’s aggravating. We try to choose the times which we visit the post office to avoid traffic but it doesn’t work. You’d figure you’d go on off hours but then there’s only one staff member working to help with pickups rather than two of them. There always seems to be someone holding up the line taking 10 minutes to ship a package (to finally decide it’s too expensive) when your pickup would only take max 2 minutes. You’d figure they could have bigger lockers to put your packages in so you don’t have to go through to the counter for your package pickup but that hasn’t happened.Visiting this post office is like asking to be frustrated.I despise it.Also, the operation hours are limited.Wish they’d just deliver packages to my home.

I've always had very friendly and kind service, which I appreciate, but the hours at this location could be better. If you work full time during the week, you have to go on your lunch hour and forget about actually having lunch because you will spend most of it in a lineup. There just isn't enough staff to get through the volume of people quickly. The only other option is Saturday but they close at noon. Not very convenient for people who work all week and have many other things to get done on week-ends. It would be nice if they could stay open a bit later at least one day out of the week. It would help a lot!

Not even sure how this place operates but there isn’t a time of day where there isn’t a lineup. Only 1 person working and it’s incredibly SLOW. Used to be my go-to post office but not anymore.

I have tries to send 3 items lately and it has been a disaster. They can't or won't trace them for me even though I have a tracking number!! 2 of the parcels have been sitting in the saint lazare post office now for 15 days. So disappointed with the service.
