Great little store to stop into. Not a whole lot of selection though. Buy this type of stuff online. It's way cheaper and way more options. Stores can only sell tobacco flavors which are gross. Online you'll pay half the price to get exactly what you want.

The worst place for buying products and even worse customer service. They sold me a faulty STLTH device and when I went back to complain, the employee, Natalie, blamed the whole thing on me saying I didn't know how to use the device and I have ruined it. To which I wanted to talk to the manager. And she told me the manger works mon-thur. I went there on Monday, the manger wasn't there and on Tuesday he wasn't there. When I wanted to talk to someone in charge, I was talked to disrespectfully a few times by the employee and ebe has the audacity to tell me to leave the store. I would give this 0 star if I could. The worst customer experience in Halifax.

Why would anybody shop here lol. Rude, unhelpful staff and insanely expensive. For 1.3x the price I can get 6x the juice online. Do the math. I found my vape rig at a lower price for sale at another shop (Darth vapor).. a shop that helped me when it wasn't working after I called these guys first who had no help to give.

Stopped in to check it out. Didn't buy anything but talked to staff. Had a conversation about products. The staff member was very nice and informative.

DON’T buy from them. Staff was nice but the price was INSANE. Their price is DOUBLE of other stores. I paid 120 for a vape and a juice, which I can get them for ~$60 anywhere else. I should double check the price before I pay. I never thought retail store still overprice stuff like this in 2022. I mean if it’s only few bucks higher I don’t mind. But DOUBLE? It’s just insane. I’ll never come back:(

went in for the first time, picked up a juice, guy was super sweet, went int a second time and got a new vape, and some pods and guy working was okay..didnt get any info on vape and ruined four of my pods (my bad I could have asked more questions..)Then really bad customer service last night, not coming back. Girl working was super short, rude, and was absolutely no help. I also work in customer service and pride myself in being a nice customer because I feel for the worker, but she was brutal.

Wish I had have seen the three-star review before I even went here sold me a machine that lasted me a few months and stopped working for no reason and they won't do nothing about it.

Very nice young lady. She was pleasant and helpful. She helped me pick out a product best suited for what I wanted.

Does a place exist with ruder staff than this one? If so, I sure wouldn't like to experience it.I wish minus stars was an option, because this place would def rate it
