Ordered the 6 piece chicken strips and only ended up with 3 and a half, not sure that the last strip can count as a full one, it was barely larger than the sauce container. Disappointed, as the combo was $12.99 before tax! I should have checked my order at the drive thru window…

Something strange happened. I was charged just under 13.00 CAD for a small blizzard and a dilly bar. We asked if the price was right they said yes. It was bugging me so I looked online and it seems like I was grossly overcharged. Sad to see tourists getting taken advantage of

Screws orders up constantly. Employees are too young to have a decent work ethic and do not care about the quality of the food or accuracy to which they distribute it. Nor do they care when they screw your order up. I'll eat dandelions before eating here again.

The staff there is the most efficient staff I've ever seen at a fast food , no joke. One time the drive thru line was going around the whole building, it only took 15mn from entering the drive thru to leaving with my burgers.Not only are they fast but they never mess up orders or forget things in the bag. The burgers , wraps etc are actually made correctly not just thrown together like other spots where you get like 5 Pickles stacked up and big blob of ketchup on one bite.The staff there is right young but they do a better job than 90% of adult workers at other spots. Keep it up! You guys and girls rock!

Every time I go to this location my blizzard is melted, literally like eating soup. My husband and I find it hilarious that they hold the blizzard upsidedown with a lid on it because it's all liquid. Won't be going anymore. Overpriced and awful quality.

I haven't eaten at this location but I did contact the manager today regarding a child on a school trip that will be visiting with a nut allergy and they were very accommodating. Although not a nut free restaurant, the manager went over the menu with me and let the staff know when she would be there to keep the child safe. Thank you!

This location NEVER seems to get anything right. Every time I visit there is always something wrong with my order. On this particular evening, I ordered a Mint Oreo Blizzard. Instead, I got a Mint Brownie Blizzard. It's clear the staff are not LISTENING when taking orders and I guess just because I said 'mint' they just assumed which one I wanted. I've never had such a bad experience at any other DQ as I have had with this one.
