Brayden helped my wife and I find a rental unit back in march of 2023. The whole process was simple and smooth with great help from back office in filling out all the necessary forms and navigating all the background checks etc. The biggest standout though, was in addition to all the admin simplicity and providing us with lots of potential options, Brayden really helped us narrow down what exactly we were looking for. In Toronto, it is especially stressful - particularly when you live in Germany!While we had studied the market for a few months, we started our search in earnest once we met Carol and Brayden.
