Excellent customer service. Dr. Chou was a pleasure to talk to. She thoroughly outlined the pros and cons of my treatment options and explained how the procedure worked. The office administrator told me how to get my insurance company to cover the procedure even if orthodontics are not normally covered.

Katherine and Dr.Chou have been great though out my year and a half of having braces again! I’ve had them as a teenager and the experience wasn’t that great. Now I’ve had Dr Chou and she has been amazing and I’m really glad I chose to come to her. Coming all the way from Brampton!

Dr. Norma Chou is really nice and helpful, she always gives you a heads up on what shes doing so you don't get surprised! I don't like being in dental offices in general, I always feel nervous but she always manages to calm me down. I am now done with braces but I would recommend her to others!
