Very friendly staff, asked if more sizes of a certain color shirt were in the back. They obliged quickly and promptly. The cashier was also very friendly with small talk. Great customer service. Thank you

We went there on boxing day and bought so many clothes, staff specially the cashier who helped us was so rude and disrespectful. We asked them you give us under armour carry bag as they were giving us white cheap plastic polythene, and they said we don’t have that, but other cashier were giving under armour carrybags to other customers. Also the another cashier besides him said either you can carry our stuff in this plastic white bag or carry on your arms which was so disrespectful and also it’s not his right to said that customer and also he was not the one who was helping us. We are never going back to this store. Worst customer service ever. Later on the cashier who actually helped told us to buy carry bag from dollarama, totally disgusting

The store is always great but I am leaving a 5/5 review because of the employee “Big Mike”. He was the most friendly and helpful sales associate I have ever met at any retail store! He should be a store manager !!

Nice store, great prices as always with under Armour, but I did find the staff at this location to be quite rude to be honest. Not all of them of course, but the young guy that was at the till was rude when I asked about the front line worker discount and simply threw my receipt in the bag and looked away from me, no words just complete disrespect.

The store’s products are great but staff is terrible. I needed help on finding the second shoe of a display product but staff pretended to be busy. Store manager was just running away from customers by saying he is helping other person but instead he was laughing with other staff in the corner of the store. Finally I asked one of the staff to find the second shoe but she just took the first one from my hand and didn’t come back. I stayed there for a while but she just didn’t appear. Very poor customer service.

This outlet's got better prices compared to the US. Was in California a few days back and bought the Unstoppable tapered pants from Citadel priced at at 70 USD ( 93.61) plus tax. Went to the Winnipeg outlet, bought the Unstoppable joggers and paid 70.56 CAD (tax included).
