Unexpected great service. Needed a custom made mattress for a 3/4 bed, a size not commonly carried by mattress shops. Discussed what I needed, was given good advice by staff and I ordered it over the phone. Staff were very professional and helpful. Price was reasonable. Delivered and installed on date promised by two guys who obviously cared that the bed was put back together properly. I am very pleased and thankful for the service and product. Will definitely be back.

Good knowledgeable friendly staff and good Canadian made (Ontario) real wood products that can actually be called furniture. They sell the other cheaper products too. Some nice selections of sheet sets, pillow, duvets etc.. Reasonable prices and convenient parking.

Went looking for a soft king mattress, store is very neat and tidy, lots of selection, but the fella that was working today is doing the store a dis-service, my wife and I told him what we were looking for and what we'd like to pay and he showed us something that was very nice but his attitude was poor, didn't make my wife and I feel comfortable,and with the amount we were planning on spending we figured that he could at least be nice, so we left, went to Bayside and bought there.

One never likes to spend money but when we must we look to have it go well. We went to Masterbedroom to look around and get an idea of what we might be looking for. The saleslady was so helpful and explained the different mattress' . She was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all, that we looked no farther and purchased a mattress and box spring. She said the delivery men would call the day before to set up a time, which they did. They also arrived the next day within the time frame quoted. They were most helpful in setting up the bed and removing the old one. They were very pleasant and very professional. We highly recommend this store to anyone and thank the people there for pleasant and helpful time of our purchase. We also feel our purchase was very good value and are pleased with the bed.

We have been dealing with Jim and his family at Master Bedroom for more than 20 years.We just purchased a new Bedroom Suite and Mattress and had it delivered and set up in our home. We could not be more pleased with the Service and quality of care and attention given to our new furniture and to our privacy and personal time. The relaxed sales approach, competitive pricing, friendly family service, and quality products were followed up with a quality delivery process that was both professional and on time as promised. Our oldest son recommended MasterBedroom in Belleville. We were happy we took his advice. The service was excellent. The information was very helpful. We weren't pressured to buy a more expensive product. We found exactly what we needed and the mattress was delivered on time.

I was looking for a mattress similar to a very old one I had. James kew that old mattress talked us through all the details of mattress construction and how they have changed in 20 years. Then he walked us through trying the ones in the store out so we could choose the one we liked best that we thought was closest to what we had. When two people sleep on one bed there are compromises to be made and we as a couple disagreed but settled on what we hoped was the one. It ended up being firmer that what the original was but we were able to fix that by getting a down mattress topper the next day from the store. Sleeping like a baby and would happily buy another one from them and would reccomend them to anyone for the amazing customer service we received.

Jim (Jr.) was fantastic to deal with. He listened to all our very specific concerns about size, comfort, build quality, weight, etc. and got us exactly what we were looking for in a new mattress for our new RV trailer. Much better experience than we had a few years ago at Sleep Country were they shipped us the wrong bed twice. Can't say enough good about MasterBedroom. It's so nice to deal with the owners of a local, family owned business. Will only shop here for beds in the future. Thanks Jim from 2 very happy customers.

Very friendly staff, no pressure, large showroom, many options for different styles/colours/finishes. Delivery to our house a breeze - they were on time and assembled our new bed quickly and beautifully. I will never buy packaged furniture again when it was so easy to buy locally and have it assembled for me! Thanks!
