We purchased a spa at Amazon and the purchase experience along with the delivery/install experience was 10/10. We even had some minor issues setting up the spa and they returned the next day and went through quite a hassle to make sure the spa was working perfectly. Would highly recommend Amazon Pool & Spa for anyone looking to get a nice product and really amazing service.

This company took the very best care of us and our needs. Answered every question we had and when our installer noticed a very small imperfection in our spa cover they immediately pointed it out and replaced the cover the very next day. We have done business with other companies in the area and wouldn't recommend any other company in the Fredericton area.

By far the best pool place in town! Pools, hot tubs, outdoor decor, BBQs, they have it all! The customer service is beyond amazing. I’ve always been extremely satisfied with my visits there. A major plus, they’ve had the cutest dog there over the last little while. He’s the cutest.
