It has worst customer service I have ever experienced. Called them before going on Mississauga location and confirmed their opening hours and location . When I reached there they said it’s closed and we gave you Scarborough location hours. Won’t recommend this store for future purchases.

This is the best shop for Carrom boards in GTA if not all of Canada. They have the best selection of boards from beginner to professional tournament grade. Great choice of coins, stands and powder as well. All of this supported by excellent customer service and very reasonable prices. I went to shop yesterday and the shop manager demonstrated every board that I asked for and answered all my questions. I bought a professional tournament grade board with coins, strikers and stand. I am all set to rekindle my love of carrom board with family and friends.Please please go to this shop whenever you want to buy a carrom board.

Bought Carrom board from this store. They have good quality products & wide variety.

We drove from very far away to come to the store and online they said they were open till 7pm on Saturday but when we got there they were closed and when we called them they said that they are not open on Saturday. I just wasted my gas and time to find that the store was closed. They were irresponsible and never mentioned anything online that they are closed.

We bought a carrom board from black ash on Nov. 2020. The board is good and the we are satisfied with the striker too. But the coins, which we paid extra, for the best quality are not best at all. Those are so light that when those hit by the striker, those jumped out of the board.

Ran into an issue with the Carrom Board I had purchased back in March. Due to the Pandemic it could not have been resolved sooner. Black Ash Sports reached out to me immediately once they opened and provided a resolution that I was happy with. Recommend this place for all your carrom board needs.

(Take my $25 to knock my bat but actually the guy never knocked my bat) I was going to pick up the bat his wife said the bat is done knocking than I came with trust and try with my ball there nothing change and don’t see any spot of hand knocking..this store and the owner is such a cheat.

Very confused staff.we called the Mississauga location to ask if they are open for curb side pickup and closing time . They said that they are open until 8.00 pm and available for curb side pickup. when we reached to the Mississauga location, they changed the word saying that Scarborough location is open until 8.00 pm not Mississauga. Wasted my time and gas .
