I wasn't sure how I felt about using a loan service but I'm glad I went to this location. The manager was very professional and made it a good experience for a first time customer. I will definitely go back again if I'm in need.

The lady who works today, July 18, @1130 am, is super cold and not friendly at all.. i always do my transaction here before and they are all friendly and accomodating but not this time

Very rude and volatile store manager. All the other staff very nice. I’ve been using moneymart for over 30 years and have never experienced anything like it. Would not recommend this branch.

This is by far the best location in town! The two ladies running the store are always super professional and personable, no matter how their day is going! They never fail to give great service with a smile - they go above and beyond to make sure that your needs are met and you leave satisfied with whichever service it is you came to do while informing you of all the other services they offer should you need them :)

My sister sending a money to buy my medication. So sad to say this branch doesn’t have a money. Not a reliable branch. I hope all your branch should have sufficient amount of branch. The person/staff answered the phone no compassionate all. So inhumane.

I had issues with a e-transfer my debit runs on the visa network so it took a while. The nice girl at the till let me stay till it was sorted

The young lady started asking the protocol questions but then began asking more personal ones about my relation to the person receiving the money and other information inwill not say on here. Looked online and it says no where they are allowed to ask these questions in their privacy policy act.

All around great staff! Kaitlyn is an absolute gem to have assisting you. In my experience working in a professional office, I’ve seen her show initiative, integrity and attention to detail. This office isn’t even the closest one to me but I choose to go here!

Management is usually not on time on Mondays. It says they open at 9am, but the manager doesn’t arrive until 9:15pm and doesn’t open shop until 9:30am. Don’t post hours you’re staff can’t stick too. The manager is super sweet tho, probably was just a bad day for commuting
