The UPS Store

One of the weirdest locations I’ve ever dropped off my Amazon return to. Really hope and pray my shipment gets returned. Was directed to just throw my box to a bunch of other shipments without getting a paper receipt. No one acknowledges your presence upon entering.

This was my first and last time coming to this UPS Store. This was the WORST customer service I have experience anywhere in Toronto. I had a package I needed to drop off, and usually with all other UPS Stores they will take my package and provide me with a tracking receipt.At this location, when I came in, the woman just kept her head down and didn't even acknowledge that I came in. I said hello?" as I wasn't sure what to do with my package

Why not I cannot rate zero star! The attitude of the person is VERY BAD（ I am not sure is the owner. Bald guy). Seem like I owe him lots money. I explain myself and asked questions very gently. He is some how representing UPS. This store gave me a very BAD experience. I don't know how can it get 3.5 star.

*Updated 3/19*: The reply the store owner posted under my review was not even for me. My package was not an Amazon dropoff, I had my box taped properly and have the lable attached to the box. I was the only customer in the store at that time, and the store owner didn't even bother to talk to me. From this reply from the store owner, you can see they are just trying to blame an innocent customer for their bad service. Usually I don't leave such bad reviews on Google but this is really ridiculous!! **Original review posted on 3/17** Terrible place! The lady and the guy there were so rude. The lady was on the phone in front of me without asking me anything until 10 mintues later. And the only word they said was just leave it". I asked them why they didn't tell me that when I stepped in and they started yelling at me. The place is like a messy warehouse. packages are everwhere. the guy asked me to put the package by the window and I was not able to locate where he means since too many things are on the floor. Then he asked me "you dont know what window is?" Anyways

Such rude customer service! This girl didn't want to help with my package or even talk to me about what I need to do! Unbelievable!Respectfully, I see you defending the employee who is so rude to everyone but you are not solving the problem. Just pushing customers away. There is clearly a problem if every recent customer is complaining. Also, if the employee is sick/injured, why is she being forced to work when she clearly can't handle it? That just makes it look like you don't care for your employees, hence, their bad attitude towards customers explained.

This is an odd UPS store. I've actually never seen a UPS store where you just throw things off into the corner with the rest of the returns. There wasn't really any customer service to complain about because there wasn't any. They just point you to the pile.The main positive about the stores was parking.

The female worker there doesn't know any manners and doesn't know how to communicate and expects customer to just drop off package and write their own receipts. So you don't even know if your package is started for return or not. What a terrible experience would recommend skip this ups cause their attitude is terrible.You can tell most of the 5 star reviews are fake because they only have 1 review. What a joke.

Go to another UPS store. The people here are rude and unwilling to help. I left a parcel here intended for another shipping carrier and the guy says it was thrown out and wouldn’t help me check. When I looked around the parcels to see if it was there he accused me of trying to steal his parcels! Something wrong with his brain.
