Made an order online, and when it showed up (over an hour later) it was completely wrong. Asked for Pepsi, got Diet. Asked for poutine, got small fries. Asked for plum dipping sauce for popcorn chicken, got no sauce! Asked for all white meat, got all dark! If I could give zero stars I would. Did not follow instructions at all.

This is a tough one for me to rate. I know the owner. This has always been the best KFC for quality I know of. Here's the issue....I had Filipinos lock the door to purposely not let me in n serve me. The manager gave me a deal the next day. Should have been free n it might have been. So, go during day when manager is in n beware any attitude from filipino workers. Or find another. KFC or buy chicken somewhere else.

Ordered curb side pick up, and we ended having to go in. We arrived at the time our pick up was scheduled for, and they hadn’t even started our order. 25 minutes of standing and waiting after the pick up time. The lady forgot our beverages to boot. Every time we go to this KFC in town, they consistently mess something up or take double the time to prepare the order. Usually it’s both. I tried to order online, but their website never seems to work, and it’s not just me, hubby can’t use it or pay through it either. This is the last time for us.

Went threw drive threw ordered 10 piece meal and fries and pop corn chicken . Just say we had food poisoning. We got sick and we phoned talk to manger and explain and no problem we got our money back . But never go threw the drive thew . If we do go back we want fresh stuff and tell them to keep chicken in deep fryer 10 mins longer . But we will not be going back

Forgot a couple items. Don't seem to know how to properly enter coupons, or follow promotions. Complaining thru email doesn't receive a response. Amount of fries you get in a big box meal is very sad looking. Friends sandwich had a tiny amount of lettuce.

don’t take more orders if you can’t keep up with the ones you already took, especially when you get things wrong and people have to come back, over 10 people parked, they should still be in line if you guys are over 10 orders behind. foods good tho when it’s not wrong
