Just visited the Enfield location and never again. Food was cold, give us Fries when we asked for onion rings so had to wait for new rings and burgers cold. One was very cold. When mentioned to staff the manager came out to speak with us and we told him our complaints and he then proceeded to go and speak loudly to his staff about us. So all customers in the restaurant heard. Customer service skills were absolutely lacking on behalf of the manager.

Felt like having an Impossible Whopper for lunch so I stopped in.The lady at the counter was older and reminded me of my grandmother. She was very sweet and made the visit that much better!The impossible whopper is really good for a veggie burger. Can barely taste the difference!

Service was okay. But the whole store needs to be cleaned, it's dirty. We stopped to dine in at this location around 10pm 5 staff members where in the back and there was one staff cleaning the seats and tables. The floors had fries, toilet paper coming out of the bathroom door, and paper from the straws on the floor but just in general everything just looks grimy. They have enough staff on that someone could have swept the floor instead of standing around doing nothing.

Two of the employees, around 15 or 16 are making fun of multiple customers and a nice Indian employee. The Indian employee was going to take a seat on her break when the two girls gave her a nasty look, and the lady looked scared and walked to the other side of the restaurant as the two girls made fun of her. They also have a staring problem, i was about to go off on them.

This place is simply incredible...I placed a pre-paid order through the Burger King app. The order included a salad, which I was informed upon arrival was unavailable. I told the staff that it was fine and it could be excluded from the order, but as time passed it became clear that there was no intention to refund me for the salad that had been paid for and which Burger King had no intention of providing.I had to request a refund, which apparently was not even considered and I soon learned why. After speaking with multiple staff members, which I assume were managers, I was told that they were not going to refund me because the order was placed through the app. Apparently Burger King will advertise the availability of products on their app, accept payment for these products and expect that the customer will not have an issue when the products are not provided and their money is not returned. In essence, a con job.Despite signs and posters posted throughout the store encouraging customers to order through the app, the store refused to refund me for the item they could not provide. No apology was issued and no attempt was made to correct the wrong. To top it off, the staff were rude and unapologetic.I am beyond disgusted by the entire experience. This place is disgraceful and should be avoided.

Pulled up at five to ten. The hours were posted online as 7:00AM to 11:00PM with the same hours posted on the door. The doors were locked and the staff was cleaning. Fine, figured it must be the drive through that is opened until 11. Pulled up only to be told Sorry
