Great place with lots of equipment to train for strongman, powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting and anything else strength and conditioning related. They offer different membership rates including one for weekends only as well as punch cards and day passes. Love the environment here great for setting PRs.

Everything’s going downhill in the era of new ownership at renfrew. Out with the old (strongman, powerlifting, oly lifting) and in with the new (crossfit). The old members feel unwelcome.

Was visiting Halifax for a day and dropped by.Great gym well equipped flexible open gym is great feature. Would totally recommend!Megan and John were great hosts and even let me park my RV in their parking lot overnight.Thanks Guys! Till next time..
