As the first customer to this pharmacy location, I have found the staff to be very helpful and responsive to my needs, hence am continuing to depend on their expertise.

All of the staff at the Pure Pharmacy on West 10th Avenue in Vancouver are friendly, very helpful and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I cannot express how great this pharmacy location is! I live closer to many, but choose this location for the staff and service. The staff are extremely professional, genuine and knowledgeable. They take the time to answer my questions and let me know about any possible side effects. They are on top of the drug interactions and call my drs as needed to ensure safety. They are friendly, respectful and have great customer service. Highly recommend.

this pharmacy charged us $13.99 for a 250ml size (medium) of hand sanitizer two days ago. I leave you to reach your own conclusions about their ethics.Thank you for your response. I have to believe that your motives are Pure! So I'll leave it at that.

Thank you to Pure West 10th. I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism and good service that I receive from Pharmacy Manager Tarlan and the Pharmacy Assistant Juliana. These two individuals have helped our family get through these challenging times with attention to details regarding medications and supplements always with a smile. Pure West 10th is the friendliest pharmacy I have yet frequented. The store is impeccable. Everything is displayed beautifully with attention to organization. There is always punctuality in informing us when prescriptions are filled or arrive. Truly a remarkable team. I feel very lucky to be a client of this establishment. The staff in the pharmacy are excellent - kind,, respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful in every way. They take the time to answer questions. They send reminders when needed. They know and look after our whole family. We are most grateful to them.

Professional, friendly and helpful staff. Juliana and were very knowledgeable and politely helped me right away. I highly recommend this pharmacy for all your needs. They also provide injections of a few shots at the pharmacy, which is much better than waiting who knows how long at a walk-in.

Both Pharmacists that work here are great. If you are frustrated with big chain pharmacies and their poor or lack of customer service, this is your pharmacy. Great customer service and they take very good care of you.
