I had a new furnace installed yesterday and they did a fantastic job. They were respectful, prices were good, they were fast and efficient and their attention to detail noticed a few things, such as expired smoke detectors around the house. I used them because of a recommendation and I will recommend them to others.

RJ, Taylor and Tyler were consummate professionals. They installed our new furnace recently . Very friendly and knowledgeable . You can tell they love what they do. I highly recommend this company to anyone. They’re prices are reasonable too.

We had a new furnace installed today and it went very well. Kudos to R.J. and Jeff who did a great job installing the furnace. They are both genuinely nice people and you can tell that they care about doing it right. At the start of the process, Dominic gave us a very fair quote and took the time to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend this company! Great experience from start to finish.

Our furnace failed the day before our Vacation! Spring's were able to replace the furnace the next day. Up and running with three hours to spare to make our flight. Quality installation crew. Erwin even consolidated all of the various water line drains we had running along the basement floor from the water softener and humidifier into one pipe.Pleasant change from the company we had install the last furnace. They scratched our hard wood floor and didn't fill the hole under the furnace like they said they would.

Wow. Springs was referred to me by a relative and I’m sure glad of that. Dominic came out and gave us an estimate. Divina then phoned with the install date for A/C. Received a reminder phone call before they were scheduled. The techs were topnotch, friendly knowledgeable and kept any mess to an absolute minimum. A job well done. Thanks Dominic and gang.

Jon P (tune up) and Eric (I think? Duct cleaning) were phenomenal. Both were really friendly and professional, Eric was efficient and great at communicating with us (especially to move the dog around the house to avoid scaring him with the louder cleaning sounds). Jon P was one of the best service Tech's I've ever had the pleasure of doing work for my house. He pointed out a bunch of small operating items and alerted us to some key humidifier and system operational information that we didn't know about. 5/5 will use springs for any and every future job in regards to HVAC/furnace/AC.Thanks guys!

Very knowledgable and honest. Told me there was nothing wrong with my furnace, just replaced the ignition sensor which was the problem. Then tuned the furnace for motor efficiency.Absolute to notch, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable. That all I want as a customer.

During polar vortex 2023 I found myself needing immediate assistance with 3 emergency repairs to which I made the decision to have clients contact springs heating for these repairs .Springs was phenomenal in assisting ALL customers and 2 of which reached back out Thanking me for the referral as these people were in extreme need of repairs.My decision was very easy when choosing Springs who was recently the recipient of several awards as CFAD Certified Factory Authorized Dealer for carrier furnaces as well as the highest award to a Canadian company in winning the presidents award.Most people are unaware of the standards which must be met to win these awards from carrier.Springs is in the top 2% of I believe 175 carrier Authorized dealers meaning they must have the highest degree of attention to customer service.I researched this and waited for the opportunity when I knew I couldn't help with repairs as this needed special care and attention and I wasn't let down.Never met the owners personally yet but hope to one day thank them in person.Thanks again.
