Kintec: Footwear + Orthotics

Just bought some Hoka Clifton 9s at the Hamilton, ON location from Jacob, and I couldn't be happier with the shoes and the excellent service I received. I got my feet scanned and my walk analyzed, and Jacob was more than helpful and knowledgeable in picking out a pair of shoes for me that I absolutely love and can't wait to start wearing. Thank you!

Just had the best shoe fitting/buying experience ever! I never knew there was so much to know about shoes and how they fit your feet!Tanya was absolutely wonderful from analyzing how I walk, then scanning my feet to provide me recommendations on which brand of shoe would be the best fit for me.I would highly recommend taking advantage of Tanya's expertise the next time you are out looking for new walking or running shoes.

First time to visit Kinetic and what a great experience. Anthony looked after us so well and was able to provide us with the right fit of shoes and indeed all the information needed to help us in our selection. Kintec's after sales service is amazing and we came away happy and comfortable in our choices but knowing if we had any issues at all Kintec would be there to assist us in any way. Absolutely incredible service from Tanya at the Upper Wentworth St. location!I can highly recommend the professionalism and service.I went in with feet problems and not only did Tanya do a full assessment she picked out the proper shoes that I should be wearing. The service I've been looking for almost all my life! I've wasted so much time and money over the years trying to figure out on my own which shoes will be best for my injuries and issues. Tanya knows her stuff and cares. The computerized foot assessment is amazing. I'm thrilled Kinetic has come to Ontario and it's going to be my go-to for getting the RIGHT footwear! Left with the Bondi 8 Hoka's that are going to change my life, and already know which trail runners are next on my list :)

I was at Kintec Hamilton on 2/4/2023. The customer service that i received from Maggie at the start was absolutely AMAZING. When Maggie scanned my feet she explained to me the results in a way that i understood what she was telling me. I did not have to question her at all. Maggie went into the back to get the shoes that would be best for me. Maggie took all of the shoes out of the box for me too look at. And then Maggie did another AMAZING thing. She had a look at the sole of my existing shoe to make sure the shoe i was going to purchase was the right one. Again Maggie explained to me what she was looking at and in a way that i understood. I tried on the shoe that Maggie suggested and it felt good. But Maggie still had some concerns. So towards the end of my visit she asked her co-worker Gabriel to further assist us in choosing the right shoe. Gabriel asked me some questions and the answers satisfied both Maggie and Gabriel. I got the right shoes for me and i also learned a lot about my feet and the shoes that i wear. This is what GREAT customer service is ALL about. Maggie and Gabriel have set the bench mark for me. I will definitely come back to see them both for my next pair of shoes

I went to Kintec hoping that I could get a little relief from knee pain as I am waiting for a knee replacement. I had an appointment with Tanya who was absolutely amazing, So friendly, courteous and helpful. She took the time to go over my old shoes with me, what shoes she thought could help me. Tanya pulled out 3 different pairs of shoes, the first pair were amazing, New Balance, I did try on the other 2 pair of shoes but they were not for me, I could feel the difference as I tried walking with the New Balance shoes on, there wasn't any pain in my knee. I ended up buying 2 pair of shoes and sandals, There was no pressure from Tanya to buy, it was all up to me. I am on my feet for over 8 hours a day and walk on hard tiled floors. This is the first time in months I have come home from work without severe pain in my knee, the shoes have helped me so much because they are helping me walk properly. Thank you so much Tanya. I have recommended you to family, friends and co-workers.

Tanya was super helpful. My mom and I each had a 4D scan of our feet. Tanya explained what the scan showed in detail and provided us a big selection of running shoes to choose from. We were never rushed, Tanya took her time with each of us. We felt comfortable and in no way pressured to buy a certain shoe. We definitely will be returning customers. I went for a fitting appointment today with Tanya. Kinetic has really cool technology which scans your foot to recommend shows for you. However, it was Tanya’s fantastic knowledge and expertise that found me the right shoe. She took her time with me, watching me walk, talking about the fit and trying different shoes until we found something perfect. She explained to me what I need to look out for in a shoe and also found me a supportive pair of sandals to wear at home. In the time she fit me in the store and walking out afterwards, I could feel the immense difference in shoe comfort and an immediate reduction in the constant foot pain I’ve had for years. Her customer service was top notch and she was extremely patient that I had to bring my two small children with me. I will be a forever customer and recommend to friends. Thank you Tanya!
