Worst Tims in the city! Ordered a chicken habanero wrap, gave me the wrap half the size of a normal loaded wrap, so i asked to please do again and waited 15 mins and went inside and waited another 10 mins, and still didn’t get the wrap. The lady was literally standing there and I am being told it is busy.Just a week ago, got a wrap, took a bite and the whole wrap opened and felt apart!Worst service ever, and staff full of excuses.

Probably one of the busiest locations I have seen so far. Great job staff. More people, more business means more profit. The staff has been very kind to me, had no issues with my order. Washrooms are very clean. Thanks to the house keeping. Most times the cars pile up to the side of the main street. I was wondering since there is 2 lane for drive thru, if you put up an another lane beside it might solve this issue. This might a quick project to think about. Otherwise everything is amazing in this location. Don't forget to grab cheese biscuits they are very delicious.

Went for breakfast with wife and kids on Saturday morning and the bagel was not toasted on one side so it was still hard and cold we went to try get it fixed, the manager had very poor customer service skills, grabbed it away and told us to “eat faster next time”, glared at us and walked away. Was very disappointed with how we were treated. We were thinking of report this terrible experience to the Tim Hortons head office

Last night went into their drive through to order a coffee but the lady working was very rude and slammed the window on my face saying that they don’t have coffee where as she did take my order in the drive through speaker . Horrible service. Never going back again . It was during the midnight . Hope the authority takes actions against the girl there . I am positive that she was the only one working .

Such a pathetic service never ever going to Tim hortons again .They are accepting orders for the one who is giving order at Car after 12:00 am in the morning and is not accepting the order who are just come out without car and anything .They said we cannot accept walkin orders .I just want to know why if the people with their own transport are paying extra penny rather than the one who are just placing order without any means of transport.Feeling really disappointed.

Very bad service. Maybe it was 10th may around 1 Am at night. We ordered small coffee. She did’t serve it. Directly say we don’t ordered. So Bad Service.Tim head office please take a steps for it.

Very racist worker here, don’t order here after 1AM please. Probably an asian worker, worst service ever to get from tim hortons!Stop providing this worst experience, tims got a good reputation all over canada.NB - Requesting head office to take care of these issue’s please. Happened to us around 1AM May 10th.

I live near this tim hortons and i have gone this tim hortons to order some coffee and food after 12 where only drive thru is allowed but i have not picked my car and have gone to this place by walk in and was standing in line of drive thru but they refused to take my order. Are car owners giving order through drive thru giving extra money? I am also paying the same amount than why didnt take my order and staff answers were very rude i will never go to tim hortons again in my life and i will tell my friends and all my known relatives about this incident and will try that they dont go to go to tim hortons again in their life. Very customer service if there would be option to give rating in minus than i would have given that i will also complain in consumer forum and will make sure that this albert park tim hortons should get sealed.
