I randomly walked into the chatr kiosk at the Landsdowne mall in Richmond bc and was very pleasantly assisted by the Supervisor YU KWAN.He was not pushy at all and was very very knowledgeable and had all the answers to all my questions.The process was seamless by YU !Many could learn a lesson or two from him at least !!

I had an issue with the phone customer support messing up my phone service. I came to Chatr Mobile Lansdowne Mall to fix the situation. The store was very accommodating and helpful. The employee who helped me went through hell to fix the situation and I even felt I had to back them up towards the phone agent. The worker at the store did everything he could possibly do and was a great employee. Their service in the store was great and after a long half hour he solved the problem and did not give up. I am very grateful and appreciate their time. Thank you ChatR Lansdowne. The worker I had did exceptional and I definitely recommend their store to anyone. This is what customer service is suppose to be and their store went above and beyond.
