Amazing company. I will only get my lighting from the Lighting Warehouse, the reason being is that the customer service is absolutely excellent. They are honest, train the staff exceptionally well, prices are competitive and the owners of the Richmond store are unbelievable. I had an issue with something, and the owner and the manufacturer went to extreme lengths to make me happy. I highly recommend this store.

Great selection of lights and even better customer service. I dealt with multiple sales staff and they were all knowledgeable about different lighting options and products. Their aftercare was also excellent as I was able to easily get a missing piece months after I noticed it. The pricing is also very competitive. There are a lot of lighting stores in Richmond but they definitely have my repeat business in the future.

Unique selection of lighting fixtures! Owner Sup greeted us personally and let us know that buying it not was not his main concern. He just wanted us to be taken care of. And he even gave our son a little stuff toy! Knowledge staff Kenny was helping us and we have to say that we picked the most beautiful and unique light out there! Thank you lighting warehouse!

One of the biggest selections of lighting fixtures in the lower mainland and the staff are very helpful. Easy access on Bridgeport road in Richmond with ample parking at front. Recommended if you are looking for lighting fixtures and accessories. Look for the special priced items for sale.

Is different. Many many different lighting fixtures. Some I suggest, have been sitting here for at least a decade. (Can tell by wattage rating on switch). Some not. However, those still seem to be on the higher end of price, for slightly outdated merchandise.

Great service and selection, but best of all prices. The only thing missing to get 5 stars is wish they would have said something to us when we called in telling them out fixture was not working, that there was a five year warranty. We had to go back and buy a different light at full price.

Helpful staff just helped me tons. Classic came in with no photo explained the part and a couple of minutes later after filling a shopping list I was handed a baggie of exactly what i required.
