Very good in general. They did have some trouble answering some of my questions though.

Call Fido customer's service and you'll know why one star is too many stars.Trust me. They will rip you off. Get your business elsewhere.

the first time I went there, I asked for a certain plan which I was told no problem, but in the end, they sold me a phone, activated it and did not give me the plan for which I asked and then, to my horror, I learned that not only was the plan not available in this area, (which the salesperson said nothing about even though he knew), but I could not return the phone nor get my money back as I had spoken on the phone for more than 30 minutes (the plan would have allowed unlimited incoming and outgoing calls anytime)...but none of this had been explained to me...such customer service...the salesperson had been on a personal call the whole time he was dealing with me and even though I asked repeatedly if he was sure I could have the plan and he repeatedly told me no problem, I did not get it! and then when I returned to him he said he didn't remember me...that's not customer service and that's no way to deal with a disgruntled customer...I recently had to return to this fido service center and unfortunatly had to deal with the same salesperson again...not a better experience from the first time...from what I could see I would not recommend this boutique to anyone.

Les gars qui travaillent dans ce magasin offrent le pire service au client. Ils sont très irrespectueux. Ils savent pas leur travail. Ils racontent des mensonges. J’étais vraiment déçue. Ils m’ont vraiment mal traité. Je faisais l’affaire avec Fido en 2019 et j’ai dû arrêter tout de suite. C’est la pire compagnie. Même par téléphone ils offrent pas ce qu’il faut.Faites pas d’affaires avec Fido !! Je le recommande pas !!
