Service is SUPER slow. My girlfriend and I both ordered blizzards. The employee gave me mine first, but then we waited over 8 minutes for my girlfriend to get hers (meanwhile we could see it sitting behind the counter melting the whole time). I actually went and put mine in the cake freezer to keep it cold while we waited for there to be an employee that could finish their job. Girlfriend ended up with melted Blizzard soup. Also had very little toppings in the blizzards, and did not have twist icecream option. Definitely disappointed with this DQ

Very disappointed, Your mushroom burger came with one thin pattie and no condiments on it. Didn’t look like your advertised mushroom burger at all. Also I ordered two blizzards . Made them first and then had to wait for the burgers. What a mess in my car. Make the blizzards last people. Common sense, that’s all. All this for only $32 dollars. I’m sorry, but you won’t see me again.

Stopped in the other day and ordered one of the new blizzards. Unfortunately it was missing half the ingredients. I didn’t have an opportunity to turn around and head back by the time I realized it. The service was friendly and fast, but I really would have liked to try the blizzard as it was advertised

Been there twice and asked for OreoCheesecake blizzard with extra cheesecake. Only to discover on the drive home that there was noCheesecake. Even after confirming at the window that they heard right, on the second time that it was extra cheesecake they were putting. Yet again not cheesecake, two of the worst blizzards I’ve ever had.

Worst service ever… ordered a Oreo blizzard add cheesecake… no cheesecake. Went and asked them to fix it… still no cheesecake… called to complained would not offer a discount or anything. Do not recommend this location.

I would rate my experience zero stars if I could. I ordered one small Blizzard and one Dilly Bar this evening. I had just finished wondering why the car in front of me was taking so long. They were only passed one Blizzard. So I was next. I waited in the drive trough while observing 4 employees laughing and playing with the store phone. I started to get annoyed and honked my horn. The store had no other customers. About 8 min passed when finally an employee noticed me. They asked what my order was. I said what it was and asked why there were 5 employees and not one serving me. Another employee took over and explained he didn’t know who was working drive through and that “they” were in the back with another employee. I was told the employee that finally passed me my blizzard was busy taking out the garbage. I left very irritated and confused. I’m not sure who was working the drive through and why out of the 5 employees horsing around inside not one was serving me. I never complain. But I really wanted a blizzard and I’m hoping I can go back to one of the only local Dairy Queens in my neighbourhood. Please save the playtime for when no one is waiting. Better yet, for when you aren’t being paid to serve customers. My Very Cherry Chip Blizzard was a milkshake. Over blended with no chunks and melting from sitting there for so long. Great location, beautiful store. Bad experience.

Quite disappointed. My fiancé got his blizzard right away, and mine was sitting at the back which she only had to pass to me. I saw it sitting there made for over 5 minutes, finally she grabbed it to pass to me, it was quite melted and there was ice cream dripping down the sides, so she didn’t flip it over or offer napkins (if she would have flipped it it woulda been on the floor). I just can’t believe she didn’t offer to remake it, it wasn’t worth paying for at that point. I took this picture right after getting it.

I drove through around 2pm on a Wednesday. I ordered the bacon cheese burger and it was fresh, hot and delicious. Great job. Friendly service too.

Definitely the worst poutine I've ever had. As soon as I saw the guy microwaving it I knew I was in danger. Chicken fingers are bad too, super dry and cold. seems like a different finger than typical of dq?Anyway the ice cream is always good so stick with that
