Born and raised in Prince Albert I’ve eaten at VH for as long as I remember and was always one of the best restaurants in PA. However, in the past couple years I’ve seen the quality and portions change for the worse. I almost always order the Greek riblets meal. This has always come with salad, a choice of side, garlic bread and veggies in a cream sauce. Tonight we ordered for NYE and found they no longer provide the veggies and the salad hardly had any salad dressing on it ( and a lot of the lettuce was chunks of the lettuce core). If we hadn’t been given a gift certificate we would not have ordered from here. It’s too bad to see the quality go downhill. I attached pics of our meals minus the veggies.

I’m not sure why I haven’t been here before today after living in Prince Albert for two years! Elizabeth was so helpful regarding their gluten-free options. Katie has such a kind heart and passion for their family owned business. I had a Mediterranean pizza, recommended by Elizabeth on a gluten-free crust and cannot say enough about how delicious it was. A five star experience from the time we walked in the door until we left. ☺️

I was very pleased with my experience. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by one of the friendly waitresses, who led me to where the people I was meeting for supper were sitting. I ordered the special which was Greek riblets. My favorite, just to mention. The service was excellent. Our order only took 20 minutes roughly from the time it was placed to when it was in front of me.Overall, I highly recommend Venice house if you want a clean, quiet, kid friendly restaurant to eat at. Also would make a great place to meet your colleagues from work for a get together or to have a meeting. The atmosphere and decor is beautiful as well.

Such great greek food. Seems rare to get such great greek food like this. Definitely a hidden gem. Service was fantastic as well. Fantastic retro atmosphere, yet really clean.

Venice House is a great option for lunch, dinner, dates, and gatherings in Prince Albert, Sask.Food, drinks, and service at this restaurant is reliable consistent while also being provided at a reasonable price.I grew up in PA and have been to this Venice House dozens of times. Realistically, this restaurant is a classic and accommodates the “local” dining interest for those of all ages.In comparison to big city and modern trends this venue does not follow suit but if your looking for a cozy hometown dine while in PA this is a safe option.Take out is also available.

Beautiful wood paneling throughout, but the food was not top notch. I ordered a $14 Greek salad that only had TWO olives. I mentioned this to the waitress, and she reluctantly brought me only TWO more ?!??The Greek ribs were dry, meatless, and tasteless.

The food was great and we did not wait very long, honestly the best fries I ever tasted. The one waitress Katie remembered my sons name when he made an order and that really made his day! I like this place and it’s our go to option when we’re eating out.

I orders a lasagna for 2 with 5 meatballs added, for pick up. Got there and a single was waiting for $56. He said you added meat balls. They must be god leaf meat balls. $56 fricken dollars for 1 lasagna. Never again!!!

We had the pork chops, dry rib special with Cesar salad and the lasagna. They were all tasty and filling. Our server was friendly and the food was delivered warm and quickly.

Venice House is always a good place to celebrate something. Be it acing your last exam or just purchasing your first home Venice House will always be my first pick.Great meals and supurb service. Something wrong with your food and they will take priority in correcting it. They don't treat it at all like a burden.The food is cooked to excellence with aw inspiring tastes. Italian food rarely taste this good for an inexpensive price. Plenty of choices with indifferent expectations.
