My little girl slipped and fell in a water puddle at Levys last year. The woman at the desk piped right up and blamed my daughter. She was unkind even before I could say anything or pick my daughter up. I spend my money across the parking lot now

Worst service I’ve ever received, came into quote a price on an above ground pool, no one was interested in helping us, we were giving a photocopy of some prices, we asked questions and got uninformed responses. It took about 1 min to decide we will find someone else to buy a pool from.

I like your shop and i buy from it but you really need to change the guy who answers the phone because he do not understand half what i say and he kept me waiting for 16 min on the phone just to go and check my address in your system and he do not even know anything about what you sale

Levy won’t fix my pool. I paid $4,100 for a liner that fell out and ripped. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

I've never owned a pool before and just bought a house that can with one. I scheduled a pool opening with Levy's to make sure everything was setup correctly. When they came for the pool opening, they didn't install the pool ladder and charged me an additional $80 for materials. I was home the entire day and not once was I told that additional materials were needed. Really an under handed way to get more money on an already over priced service. I doubt I even needed any of the materials, since I wasn't told or shown what was missing.

Great friendly service from the staff. The water tests are done fast and staff will find you everything you require to get your pool up and running smoothly. My number one go to place for everything I require for my pool and hot tube. Thank you for all your help.
