No clue why my UPS pick up dropped off here..so much more out of the way than my usual store. Also parking lot was terrible to back in and out of in suburbia at lunchtime with school letting out..not a place I would use unless i lived in neighbourghood.Staff were polite though.

Nice location off the beaten track. UPS parcel pickup depot , friendly staff I was in and out in less than 4 minutes.

I've had a UPS package their for 21 days. They won't let me refuse shipment. It states on my slip they hold for 7 day's. Return my shipment.This variety store should not be an Access point for UPS.owner just argues with you. Do your job return packages after. 7 day's.

The store had a different price advertised on the shelf for coke products then the shopkeeper was entering at the register, when this was pointed out we were told to leave the store. Steady customers until now but absolutely will not return and will share this story at any opportunity.

I seriously would not use this place for dropping off a U-Haul! I paid to have the U-Haul until the 14th, and dropped off on the 11th. The lady wouldn't close out my account while I was there, stating the manager will send me an email shortly. No email received. Checked my Visa a couple hours after dropping the rental off, because I hadn't received an email, as I was expecting a refund as I returned with 1/4 tank extra gas, instead, there was a new charge of just under $400 for being 5 days over due and another for just under $100 for over mileage! I called to enquire what was going on, lady on the phone said she couldn't help me and the manger wasn't there. They wouldn't email me the breakdown of the bill. I returned to the store, lady said manger wasn't there, I said I wasn't leaving until this was straightened out. I told the lady I was calling U-Haul, she immediately got on the phone and the manager came in within a couple minutes. I showed pictures of mileage, gas tank , original contract, both the lady and the man didn't want to help, I had U-Haul main office on speaker phone, the main office confirmed I should not have been charge any overdue days as it was fully paid for until the 14th, mileage was also 20 miles under contract allowance. The man still didn't want to reverse the charges while insisting that I sign the bill owing for the overdue 5 days and was angry that I refuse 3 times to sign it.As we were on speaker phone he was telling the lady with U-Haul that he couldn't see why it was coming up as overdue charges yet I was looking at his screen he wasn't even in my account! So slimy!!! The man also only refunded $20.00 for the tank that should have been closer to $50, as it takes close to $200 to fill.Both charges were reversed by main office.If dropping off there DO NOT leave without closing out the rental, and take pictures of everything. Take pictures of interiors, mileage, gas, bumpers, all angles of exterior, all returned blankets and dolly. Definitely bring in your contract!! Only receipts I received where from the main office reversing his charges!! This place deserves zero stars!!

This is a great place to stop in for all your variety store necessities!The owner Mike is a great guy/excellent shop owner, and is always up for a good chat or laugh. He goes above and beyond in the customer service department for sure. Never met a more kind/caring/talkative and helpful shop owner anywhere before!With great pricing on all the products sold in store, as well as excellent Uhaul service rentals on site at very affordable and reasonable rates this is definitely the perfect stop for anything you need on the go, or even just to stop in for a nice relaxed visit in to see how Mike's doing that week, definitely a great shop to buy from locally!Make sure to bring any of your dogs by for a visit while you shop inside for a minute. Mike loves to meet new pups to add to his growing photo wall of furry friends!PS: He always seems to have a secret stash of dog treats waiting for anyone who wants to stop in for a visit. Great owner/operator and one of the friendliest guys youll ever meet!Good on ya for being a stand up guy/epic gentleman Mike!

Rented a U-haul. worst experience ever renting a truck. Owner told me I cannot park my car in place of the van rented??!!?? No where nearby to leave my car. After that he was very condescending when I asked for help checking the truck out, referring to me as you people". He swore at me under his breath after I had to call corporate to open the key lock because he would refuse to open it when I asked him three times!!! Took me 45 min to take the truck out because of this and delayed all of my pickup plans. Never in my life have I experienced such condescending

He's a good guy. You can rent a car to transport anything from furniture

WARNING!! DO NOT RENT A UHAUL FROM THIS LOCATION!!I would not have written this review but after seeing all the other negative reviews I felt that this was necessary.The owner is extremely rude and has zero regard for his customers. He threatened to call the police on me for a stolen vehicle if I did not finish my move and return his truck the same night. He said he would compensate me for the gas and rental if I immediately brought it back the same night and upon returning it he decided to charge me anyway. He is abusive, dishonest and does not have any social skills. Save yourself time and energy, do not go to Jack Campbell Variety!
