Needed balloons last minute to be prepared and delivered. The girl on the phone was so sweet and helpful, she chose the best colours and made a beautiful bouquet and was delivered to me within 2hrs of order. Definitely using their service again!

I came in needing some help to decorate a 50th birthday table and Melody who works there was an absolute gem!! She really helped me figure out what I needed in regards to color and design and what to get. She made my time there a friggin’ breeze and the sale was so efficient. She cared and you could really tell. Thank you Melody!!

Fast service, friendly staff. It’s a bit of a mess instore but it’s always good to ask for help. I went in looking for stuff. The price are good, not to expensive. I just wish the store hours open late.

I walked in to the store on a Tuesday afternoon. The service from Jules was IMPECCABLE. Found everything i was looking for. And what i was missing, Jules ordered it , and will call me when he receives. I will never step foot in a party Expert ever again.
