Ashgrove Acres

We have set-up our photobooth at this venue in the past and again tonight. It is a beautiful romantic venue that you can see the care that has gone into even the small stuff. From the ground around the venue to the washrooms there are so many little touches that make this a very special place to have an event at. We have not met the owners but you can see that they have put a lot of love into this beautiful venue. We were invited to have the late lunch which was a poutine and it was so good. Would highly recommend this venue!!

We absolutely fell in love with the place for our wedding once we stepped foot on it. The lights dimmed at night and it is just beautiful. Despite our numbers being 17% of their capacity, we did not want to let go of this venue for out wedding! We were just pleasantly surprised with their accommodation for COVID and decreasing their rate on our wedding day! The owners Martha and Alvin are so kind and accommodating despite visiting them multiple times to ask questions or see the place for measurements. They ensured the place was in top shape for the wedding. Large space, beautiful decor you can use/rent, cooled/heated space for optimal temperature, plenty of parking space, fridge space, etc. Daughter owns rental for decor, cocktail tables, linen and such which makes it all so convenient and easy to coordinate - so flexible and accommodating as well!The outdoor area looks so great, we wished we could've had our ceremony there! Overall great experience and cannot imagine having our wedding reception anywhere else. Absolutely gorgeous.

My fiance and I were thinking of having our ceremony here. We still haven't decided but based on the hands on tour as well as the friendly outlook of Martha I'm not writing this. She was quite informative and very bright. She wasn't too pushy and I love the fact that even though she didn't need to she was saying how she was reimbursing people whose weddings were affected with covid. Very nice people.5 stars indeed

Beautiful facility, nice yard,shelter was perfect for hot days, run by wonderful people who are also very helpful!

Recently celebrated our sons wedding here. Great location. Lovely owners.Very pretty spot and the air conditioning was a welcome relief!!!

My team from EE Media Productions and I have filmed weddings here the past few years and we always have a wonderful experience every time we are here. The owners are very kind and there are plenty of locations within the venue to take photos at. The ceiling of their venue is also draped with a white cloth material which looks absolutely stunning for photos and videos!

Excellent venue for weddings. The outdoor area is perfect and well maintained. They have tons of wedding photo potential with a variety of trees, long grass and a red barn in the back. The indoor area is beautiful and makes for beautiful reception photos as well. Last but not least they have a beautiful tree lit up at night for night time portraits. I photographed a couple of weddings here and I would highly recommend this place.

This was the venue for my daughter's wedding. Wonderful hosts, beautiful views and sites. Service was exceptional. We highly recommend.

Went above and beyond to make our experience unique, fun, and safe. Had to make last minute changes due to rain and they had it ready in a blink. If I ever had to do it again, it would be at Ashgrove.

We hosted our wedding here on June 24th. The venue is beautiful and the Ashgrove staff are very accommodating and easy to work with. We had our ceremony in the beautiful outdoor area, but they also have a covered shelter that is equally beautiful. Overall we had a great wedding and it wouldn't have been possible without this great venue. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning a wedding.
