They seriously need to synchronize their reservation system. Had a specific day off, reserved a cube van that was shown as being available online then later got a call back that it wasn't available so now I'm scrambling to find a replacement rental for the one day available to me.

I have had the pleasure of renting 5 different vehicles at the Collingwood Discount Car and Truck location over the last 6 months and it could not have gone smoother. Vehicles were new, clean and in very good repair. My interaction on pick up was with Sandi who was efficient, knowledgeable and a joy to deal. I found the rates to be very fair. I would highly recommend Discount Collingwood to anyone needing to rent a car or truck.

Probably the worst car rental company out there. So many hidden fees, and extra charges" that we need to pay for after the fact. They had already charged us about 700 dollars a week. This was reported to a women who runs the Collingwood Discount
