I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a Deep Detox Facial with Mariana, and I must say, it was a truly rejuvenating and refreshing experience.Mariana, who performed the Deep Detox Facial, was not only highly skilled but also incredibly knowledgeable about skincare. She took the time to understand my skin concerns and goals, and tailored the treatment accordingly. Her expertise and professionalism immediately put me at ease, knowing that I was in capable hands.Overall, my experience with Mariana and the Deep Detox Facial was exceptional. Her expertise, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients' well-being set her apart. I left the spa feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and confident in my skin. I would highly recommend Mariana's Deep Detox Facial to anyone seeking a truly transformative and revitalizing skincare experience.

The service, as usual, was absolutely incredible.The staff are absolutely amazing and this time I had a custom facial - my skin looks, and feels so good! I needed a very good scrub and cleaning… And Elmira does not disappoint! She is absolutely the best.

Great spa and fantastic service. Only two things I can comment on for negative feedback is that numerous people were taking pictures with cell phones in the common area, the couple seated nearby along with my gf and myself were uncomfortable when people started taking pictures. Secondly, the common area was quite noisy. A group of younger ladies were behaving like it was a bar and were very disruptive. Otherwise it was a nice afternoon and aside from the noisy drunks, it was a relaxing experience

Used to love it here. Now they assign lockers - I could barely fit my bag inside as they assigned me the smallest locker there even tho there were barely any People, no reason I couldn’t move to a larger one that actually fit all my stuff, and was in an inconvenient location in the change room.Also they asked me to share a locker on top of it. No, I am not keeping my clothing / bra / underwear in a tiny locker mixed with someone else. Hard pass.Especially for the price you pay.No bench around to assist with changing either.Cheese board we ordered sucked.No bottled water anymore either.The sauna used to smell like eucalyptus now it smells like orange cleaner. Gross.Used to have more things like razors and bobby pins. Now nothing.Treatment was really good tho.

It was a great experience. Snacks and tea were wonderful and the champagne was good. The only complaint I would have is that you could hear someone clipping nails in a different room when relaxing in the quiet area

The experience at Ten Spa was definitely a TEN from start to finish! Everyone on staff there was so very pleasant and we were made to feel comfortable throughout the entire process. What a wonderful way to start a New Year! Highly recommend this experience!!

I had a massage and my therapist was excellent ! I enjoyed the time after in the sauna and the experiential shower. I loved the scents used in both. The snacks were tasty and being celiac I really appreciated the gluten free muffins provided . The whole experience was very relaxing which I really needed .

I had the most amazing experience at Ten Spa. It is rather pricey but you can make the most of it and spend some good quality time relaxing. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment so I could get into my robe and steam. There are showers so next time I would do that before hand. Then in the lounge I grabbed some complimentary snacks of muffins and dried fruit. My esthetician was on time. I had a private room for the facial. She talked me through and explained super well what was happening. It was the most relaxing facial I have had so many steps! Extractions were hard as to be expected. I even got a arm and chest massage!!! After my services I stated another hour and half to enjoy the resting room, lounge and their afternoon snack. It was very enjoyable. I highly recommend you enjoy a few hours here! They also have everything you could need to get ready to go out after including blow dryers and straightners. So you can get ready in their beautifully lit mirrors just bring you makeup!

Tried Hamam 101 and it was awesome. Really enjoyed experience. Also had a massage, and my only recommendation would be to make your massages 60 minutes instead of 50. Love the spa itself and the treats. Keep that up. Since I attended 2 days in a row, would have loved some variety in tests but that is minor.

Great experience! Had a massage from Alison (who was incredible). She found all of my knots and sore spots. Left feeling well taken care of!Also, I absolutely love the shampoo.. hehe. Smells amazing!Nothing negative to say. If you have a chance to come to this spa - you won’t regret it!
