Moose Ridge Golf Course

This is honestly my favorite course. It is incredibly picturesque and requires excellent Ball placement to score or even play well. I don't think there are any flat holes really out there which requires your full concentration. It's a great place to test your game or enjoy a day outside.

Highly recommend as it is an awesome yet challenging course! Definitely has an up North" feel. I was told that there is a new manager this year

As you stare down the tenth hole of Mooseridge golf course, you soberlyreflect on how the first nine holes have painfully taken their pound of flesh. With a fair amount of blood loss, you quietly ponder about what to do next as you await your turn in the tee box. You are now forced to place a tourniquet on your game so that, at the least, you will be able to hobble away, somewhat victorious, knowing that you alone were able to control your hemorrhage and hopefully salvage a good game on a very challenging course. Before you return though, get a transfusion of lessons and really enjoy your next attempt on this difficult course.

Very nice course. Definitely challenging for your average golfer. The starter was nice and helpful to us. Carts were great with the gps feature and reminders to repair ball marks on the greens. Bring extra golf balls as you will likely loose a few.

Didn’t golf but enjoyed the food! The course looks beautiful though! Whether you want to golf or just enjoy the scenery, come for the food! Joe of Go Blue BBQ is now serving up delicious food at moose ridge. Golfers can enjoy something to eat on the turn or non golfers can order and enjoy at one of the tables on the patio. BBQ straight from Texas that’s full of flavor and fall off the bone tender. They’ve got such a fun, creative menu…the passion, fun and love of what they’re doing definitely shines through. When we went we did a sampler of everything: smoked Turkey quesadilla (so good!), brisket sliders (brisket perfection), Hawaiian dog (really fun and tasty) and BBQ parfait (def the more creative dish and damn good with layers of baked beans (some of the best I’ve had), pulled pork (amazing), coleslaw, crunchy onions and topped with pork ribs; never had anything like it and loved it). We also took home a few things-you can do carry out or get an event catered by Go blue bbq - not going to get much better than this for bbq unless you come to Texas! Highly recommend

The course is beautiful but the conditions were very disappointing. The greens were in poor shape and covered in sand. The Moose Hut is cool and serves really good BBQ at the turn but it closed early and no one was at the bar and restaurant either. This used to be one of my favorite courses when I played it years ago. I don't make my way out there very often anymore.

This couse is top 3 in South East Michigan for a reason! We hosted our Annual Outing there this year, and the staff absolutely blew the service out of the water! The course is challenging and extremely well maintained. They are without a doubt one of the best!

Such a challenging golf course. I enjoyed the scenery and well kept course. I will return! The staff was fun and accommodating. The smart carts suck. But learned quickly that they suck less when using the 90° rule. Look forward to playing again.

Very nice course overall especially the layout. However, I think the greens are below par compared to other courses in the region. No reason why it cannot be as good as other courses this time of the year.

Beautiful course. Lots of bridges, tons of wildlife. I saw a HUGE turtle! and awesome golf carts! Very nice bar as well!
