I had a great experience buying a used vehicle here. It was super fast and easy to arrange a test drive with Rosa. The team went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle is in good condition - 2014 Jetta with a few rust spots, the team had already put in a Warranty claim with Volkswagen Canada to have them fixed as Volkswagen gives 12 years Warranty on rust, which I was not aware of. Nic offered Warranty and other options like undercoat rust proofing etc. and he gave me an honest opinion as to which would make sense and for what reason without any pressure. I picked it up cleaned and detailed with winter tires and floor mats included from the previous owner. Overall a smooth process, very friendly and professional team. I can only recommend.

This dealership is AMAZING! Taylor Creek Volkswagen got me my dream vehicle and it was the only one that arrived in my city for model year 2023. I was on a waiting list for almost a year to get this vehicle and my salesperson was Rosa Rodriguez who went above and beyond in her efforts to land me this vehicle and her service was exceptional. I also had a wonderful experience with Nicolas Comtois at the dealership as well. Super nice guy, a pleasant experience with him and Rosa was extremely friendly as well. She seemed genuinely happy for me. My main interactions with the dealership team was with these two individuals but I’ve heard their service department is exceptional as well and even though I live an hour away from the dealership, I plan on taking my car there for it’s servicing. I highly recommend this dealership and in particular Rosa for her outstanding work in helping me acquire my vehicle. I am beyond ecstatic with my purchase and would give this dealership (and Rosa) an even higher rating than five stars if Google allowed it. Best experience I’ve ever had at ANY car dealership and I’ve purchased four new and one previously owned and certified vehicle from other dealerships. If you’re looking for a VW in the Ottawa region search no further than Taylor Creek Volkswagen. You will not be disappointed. It may be a bit of a drive but the drive is DEFINITELY worth it!

After going through multiple dealerships and having many disappointing experiences with pushy sales we finally came across everything we wanted with Taylor Creek VW. The vehicle was all that we wanted and then some. the payment options were explained in detail and all sales initiatives were with us, the customer in mind!! Pick up day was an absolute joy. Everyone at Taylor Creek VW was patient and informative. From Sales to Finance it was smooth and above all calm and not pushy. Very professional and detailed. Time to go over the car, the test drive, all paperwork and explanations. I love my new CX5 purchased from their used cars in May. I had been looking for months and had taken back my down payments from 2 other top dealers that I felt had not treated me well and the vehicles were suspicious. One dealer stated he didn't have to refund my 500.00 down. Taylor Creek have their CarFax's available immediatly, no calling or emailing needed. I'd definitely go back in the future. Thank you !!! Best used car buying experience ever!My wife and I were looking for a nice used small SUV and found a 2018 Tucson on the Taylor Creek VW website, so we contacted them and went for a test drive. George B. was our sales contact and he did a professional job of letting us test drive on a nice road circuit with varied conditions. We loved the vehicle and returned to finalize the contract with George. We were offered an extended warranty with an excellent no-pressure detailed explanation of options by Michel. They also offered to purchase our 2009 Sentra which we were replacing. Very friendly, professional staff! Our one purchase condition was a vehicle inspection by our garage. A technician from Taylor Creek drove the vehicle there and back. Some issues were noted which we knew (tire tread low) or Taylor Creek addressed (battery, oil change) except for a mysterious check engine light which was on during the inspection but off when the car returned to the dealership. We really liked the vehicle and George and Zach (used car manager) assured us if anything went wrong they’d take care of it. We checked reviews of the dealership online and they seemed very positive, so we went back a week later and bought a new (to us) car! It was a smooth process and they again said if anything happened they’d look after it.Well the next day I drove an errand and the check engine light popped on! Got in touch with George and he and Zach suggested we take it to our choice of local Hyundai dealer since we’re in the west end of Ottawa, get a quote and they would cover the cost. WOW! Took it in and picked it up fixed the next day - a sensor and some wiring replaced.Thank you so much, George B., Zach, Michel, and the other friendly staff we saw at Taylor Creek VW! We’re happy to recommend you to people and next time we’re car shopping we’ll be looking here!
